Hello Manychat Support,
I’m unable to connect my Instagram Business account @donyaye.sakhteman to Manychat. I have tried several times, but the connection/Meta authorization does not complete.
I also receive a “Your account is restricted” error when trying to connect Instagram to Facebook.
My goal is to use Manychat to automatically reply to Instagram comments and send DMs with requested product information, while encouraging users to follow my page first.
Could you please check the issue and help me connect my Instagram account to Manychat?
