Could be productive to business owners to be able to send an instant reply with an image or file like PDF, ie: customer need the menu, so i send instant reply with menu image. actually is not possible since it only can be done with marketing templates wich is paid.

Just set up your keyword triggers and you can send a Message + File to your contact, like this:
