I have a large Instagram account (0.5M+ audience) and before ManyChat, just friends were in my “Primary” inbox. When I was replying to message requests from people I don’t know, I always put them to “General”.

That made everything easy, since all the friends were in “Primary”.

But with ManyChat, my inbox is completely destroyed. All the messages are randomly going to both “Primary” and “General” - it’s a true mess there. I can’t keep track of them, and I don’t even know if any of my friends sent me a message because I can’t see anything. Sometimes I get 3k DMs from 1 Instagram Story,  and now everything is a complete mess. People probably think I ignore them, but in reality, I can’t see their messages.

Please, please, add an option that all messages go to “General”. ManyChat is such an amazing product and I love using it, but this is becoming a dealbreaker for me. If it doesn’t get implemented, I will unfortunately have to leave ManyChat, and I’ll be really sad because that’s the only negative thing about it.
