Hi Manychat Team,

I’d like to suggest a highly useful feature to improve the support experience: the ability to paste an image directly into the chat or drag and drop an image (from clipboard or file explorer) to send it to the user.

At the moment, it's not possible to paste a copied image or drag an image file into the chat — either in the desktop version or in the mobile app. This creates friction in everyday support tasks, especially when we need to quickly send screenshots, product images, or any visual content to the user.

Allowing this feature would significantly increase speed and efficiency during live conversations, making it easier for support agents to respond with the right visuals without needing to manually upload files through a separate step.

I believe this would be a valuable enhancement both on desktop and mobile, helping streamline communication and reduce response time.

Thanks for considering this request, and congrats on the continued development of the platform!

Could you help me with this, @Raquel C , @Marina?

Best regards,
Heric Fernandes

Hi Heric and Manychat Team,

I just wanted to jump in and say that my team has the exact same need. I came across this thread while looking for a solution, and I completely agree — the ability to paste or drag-and-drop images directly into the chat would be incredibly helpful.

It’s a small feature with a big impact on day-to-day support efficiency, especially when quick visual communication is essential.

Really hope this can be considered in future updates!

Hi @AlejandroParra,

Yes, this option should already be implemented, as it is a basic function.

I hope they can release this function soon, as it is delaying the service by not having this function.

While I'm at it, I created other topics regarding live chat and WhatsApp, you can click on my name and you will see the topics.

Votes and comments will help us get it as soon as possible.

Go to each one of them and give us this help.

Thanks.
