Manychat needs a way to sever a Facebook connection permanently to allow a different Manychat account to connect.
Facebook connects to personal pages. You can’t connect it to Manychat until you’re absolutely certain of your settings.
I tested Manychat years ago with a previous brand. Now with my current company, I can’t FB connect to Manychat because there’s already a connection, even though it isn’t used and the associated Manychat account has been deleted.
The only option is to create a new FB login and gain access to all my client’s pages. That doesn’t sit right with me - or my clients.
