Please add delete (or at least edit) option to sent messages in livechat

Hi.

Attending customers in Livechat is a very important way to show our interest in them.

Sometimes we make a typing mistake or we simply want to edit the sent message and it’s not posible.

Could you please add the delete function.

If is possible at least to edit instead of deleting, that would help us a lot.
