When setting up a new DM automation I really miss the feature to set the automation for my NEXT POST OR REEL I schedule my content to post, I want to be able to schedule my dm automation. I am a paid customer and this feature was one of the reasons I’ve subscribed to your service. I have used manychat less, and am considering cancelling my subscription due to the lack of this feature I once had.

Recently, ManyChat launched Quick Automations (the left one), an easier way to create auto-DM automations. If you want to set up automation for the next post or reel, you can select Auto-reply to comment in DM (the right one).
