Please allow us to prepay for our subscription for 3 , 6 or 12 months.
I know your probably focused on Social Media Companies or Social Influencers and the churn with regards to them using service may be high - because things change fast in tht sector and you dont want to bind them to term payment etc..
but you have a great service for other businesses as well - and we would like to Pay a few months if not annually - because we budget for such periods and would not like to find that the platform is off every month if payment didn't go through.
ALSO look at it from this point - when we receive funding we don't want to keep the budget for Many Chat in our account to pay every month for a year - so we would like to prepay so that we know this is solved and taken care of and we can go about our business with ease.
if the issue is that because the Number of Contacts can change - let us load ( top UP) credits LIKE IN OUR WALLETS on the account then then pay from the credits - at least that way we know the funds say for a year has been paid to many chat already - we just need to press a button to deduct or Top Up - PLEASE TAKE LOOK AT THIS
