Signing in on ManyChat has become a blocker for me. My account was created using “Sign in with Facebook”. Now, anytime I try to use that option, I can’t sign-in. Error: Your Request Couldn’t Be Processed. Facebook’s error message could not be more vague.
ManyChat needs to provide users with a way to log in that doesn’t require the use of a 3rd party service. Signing in via 3rd parties, such as Telegram, Facebook, Google, etc., also provides those 3rd parties with information about our activity on ManyChat.
You are violating your user’s privacy rights (GDPR) by forcing us to use these limited sign in options.
Grow up. Be a real app. Manage your own credentials instead of outsourcing it to a 3rd party.
