I am a clothing brand owner and recently clothing brands have been growing like crazy for this specific video type: “send me this reel and you might win a free hoodie” this makes a HUGE percentage of viewers to share that reel to the page it was posted on collecting possible leads and entries for in that case the “giveaway”, the only problem is manychats sees people sharing a reel with my account as the first dm and it shows up as unsupported content because it is not a text, which leads to no way of setting a trigger and leads to 0% of these people turning into leads, even though this is extremely simple, it is yet to be fixed.
I took my time and passion writing this so it would mean alot to make this happen and reach out to my small business clothing brand startup because i would love to get some manychat help:)
