What is your use case?
I manage automations across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. To maintain consistency, I give the same name to automations that serve the same purpose but are assigned to different channels.

What problem are you trying to solve?
Previously, ManyChat displayed channel icons (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram) in the grid view of the automations list. This small but impactful feature allowed me to quickly identify which channel each automation was associated with, streamlining my workflow. A few months ago, these icons disappeared, making it challenging to differentiate between automations that share the same name but are assigned to different channels.

Is it a critical feature that blocks you from using ManyChat, or is it a nice-to-have feature?
While not critical, the absence of these icons significantly affects usability and efficiency. It’s a highly valuable feature for managing multiple channels effectively.

What would be a possible solution?
Reintroduce the channel icons in the grid view of the automations list. This will enhance usability by allowing users to easily identify the channel for each automation.
