Search for a specific word functionality in a flow; BONUS: Find & Replace

When creating flows, sometimes there is a change in the wording that needs to be done after the fact, or the flow is duplicated and certain words need to be swapped out.  It would be amazing if there was at least a Find functionality to find certain words in a flow.  Even better would be also a Replace function to replace the word automatically with the new word.
