A search engine that allows searching by WhatsApp number is very useful and essential for making things easier for the user, instead of searching by name, where sometimes there are so many Maria Cardenas that it's hard to know which one is which.

That is a great point. When dealing with common names, searching by phone number makes everything much easier.
A practical workaround for this is to create an automation with the "New Contact" trigger that copies the contact's WhatsApp ID into a Custom Field. Since custom fields are searchable, you will be able to find contacts directly by their WhatsApp number.
Additionally, to update your existing contacts, you can run a broadcast with this automation to your entire contact base. That way, all your current contacts will have their numbers indexed for quick searches right away.
