And in general, unify API and other capabilities across channels…

For example:

let us send audio files through the API in IG and WhatsApp (it’s possible in Messenger and Telegram)
give audio and image URLs in the ‘Last Text Input’ for Telegram (it already works for IG/Messenger/WhatsApp)
add a default reply for SMS (which, believe it or not, is not a trigger for SMS channel)
