Ability to send files through Dynamic Content or the sendContent API endpoint for Whatsapp and Instagram.

And in general, unify API and other capabilities across channels…

For example:

  • let us send audio files through the API in IG and WhatsApp (it’s possible in Messenger and Telegram)
  • give audio and image URLs in the ‘Last Text Input’ for Telegram (it already works for IG/Messenger/WhatsApp)
  • add a default reply for SMS (which, believe it or not, is not a trigger for SMS channel)
