Hello Manychat Team!

I’d like to share an idea (which many users support) about enabling smart delays within the interactions of “STEP AI.”

The goal is to allow:

  • A delay in capturing/receiving user messages (to concatenate inputs if needed),

  • And also to enable smart delays in the agent's response after receiving those messages.

Hi ​@victorbomfim_ , I guess in the mean time while they develop this new feature, what you can do is to set up smart delays between  AI steeps (See the picture). Probably this can help you! 😉
