For more complex uses of artificial intelligence and automation, it would be very useful to have access to the file link sent by the user on WhatsApp.This way, it would be possible to send the image so that an AI could interpret its content. This is an absolute must in my opinion! Why can we access the text but not the image / file / audio?
An example is we have setup Webhooks on Facebook. So we get WhatsApp notifications when we arent on ManyChat. However - if its an image - nothing happens. We cannot see the image because we cannot access it.
It seems absolutely ludicrous that a message / image / file sent to a number we own, cannot be accessed - that ManyChat block access to it.
It would also be beneficial for a Dynamic Trigger to be able to tell what the type of message is. To trigger an automation.
If image do this, if audio do that.
