Hi! Here’s what I’d like to see on Manychat:

  • Edit message option for X minutes, just like WhatsApp/Messenger/IG.

  • The ability to follow up with clients who reach out via WhatsApp after 24 hours of no contact.

  • The ability to delete messages.

  • The ability to see all emojis that clients are sending.

  • The ability to reply with an emoji to a message.

  • The ability to see if the other person is typing.

  • The ability to block people.

  • Dark mode.

 

I hope you’ll consider this feedback. If not, I may have to reconsider my subscription, as it sometimes feels like I’m back in the '90s.

That would be great!

But I think most of what you requested has a limitation of Meta itself, such as deleting messages and editing.

It would be great if you could implement that.
