Hello ManyChat Team,
We use ManyChat with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and would love to see support for WhatsApp Flows.
Meta now provides WhatsApp Flows, allowing businesses to collect information through interactive forms directly within WhatsApp. However, there is currently no way to launch a WhatsApp Flow from a ManyChat automation.
A new action such as “Launch WhatsApp Flow” or “Open WhatsApp Flow” would enable businesses to build much better customer experiences.
Example:
Instagram Ad → ManyChat → WhatsApp Flow → Reservation Form → Continue ManyChat Automation
This would be extremely valuable for:
- Reservations & Bookings
- Appointment Scheduling
- Lead Generation
- Customer Registration
- Customer Onboarding
- Service Requests
- Surveys and Data Collection
Many businesses are currently forced to use third-party platforms just to launch WhatsApp Flows. Native support in ManyChat would keep the entire customer journey inside a single platform.
Adding support for WhatsApp Flows would make ManyChat one of the most powerful WhatsApp automation platforms available.
