To implement a tag system on the livechat instagram for sales. You create tags with color labels and see the tags in the manychat inbox with the colors.
You can custom each tag, or example “customer”, “lead”, “success”, “KO” etc… for prospection and make the inbox organized with custom filters.
Because now I use manychat for follow up of people using manychat automations and I go on Meta Business Suite on PC for the tag system.
Is it a new feature coming ?
