I’m getting strong engagement using ManyChat comment automations, but a lot of it dies because interested users never receive the DM with my link. Many of them have DMs closed or my message gets stuck as “This account can’t receive your message because they don’t allow new message requests from everyone” or “pending” or even it just gets stuck in their requests folder, so they never see it.
Since these users are actively opting in by commenting, it feels like those messages should bypass DM restrictions and go straight to their primary inbox. Otherwise, the opt-in loses its purpose. Does anyone else agree?
