Subject: Message Randomization for Automated Replies

I hope you’re having a great week.
I would like to suggest a feature that allows users to set multiple variations for a single automated reply (e.g., Comment Growth tools).
Much like Meta Ads allows for multiple primary text options, this would enable ManyChat to randomly rotate between different "Thank You" or "Freebie" messages. This would make interactions feel much more organic and less like a repetitive bot. For example, if a user triggers a "Christmas" keyword, the system could pick one of several different greeting variations.
Adding these variations would make the post feel more "real" to the unique user, giving the impression of an actual person replying in real-time. Since standard automated tools are now very common and easily spotted by audiences, offering this level of randomization would provide a significant competitive edge for ManyChat and help us maintain a more authentic brand voice.
This would greatly improve the user experience, boost engagement authenticity, and help maintain high delivery quality.
