I was thinking about the assigned function and came to the conclusion:
Why is there an “Assign” function in automation, but not “Unassign”?

You can consult a discussion about a "method" to get around this, but it's a workaround, because if a conversation is assigned to someone it will stay there forever until they manually unassign it.

There should be an action for this automatically via flows.
