I’ve recently discovered that the Subscriber API endpoint’s 10 request per second limit is for the whole chatbot (and not the user).
This will unfortunately cause my implementation to run into problems.
It would be great if there was a process to increase a chatbot’s requests limit via a manual application and analysis process by manychat team.
