Many of you have extensively used the Chat Plugin, and we fully understand the impact this change may have.
After thorough analysis, we've decided to enhance our commitment to our messenger channel capabilities. This means we will continue to innovate on channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, and new powerful Manychat features to enhance their effectiveness and user experience, and help you and your clients achieve better results.
While this decision means we will not be developing a direct alternative to the Chat Plugin right now, we are open to revisiting our product roadmap later.
So please continue adding your votes and use cases to this thread - your feedback will help us evaluate the need and urgency, and enable us to craft a tailored and effective solution down the line.
