Dear Manychat,
We are a financial institution which has 22 branches in 20 locations accross the whole country. I am the digital marketer of the company. Therefore, I get my budget for using Manychat approved every month where I get to show the report of the result of the approved budget to my supervisor. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible and truly hard to get a report on how many times the Manychat is running during the last month.
What I suggest is, what if we, Manychat users, get to download or see a weekly report on how many times the automations run throughout every Manychat profiles. In my case, I get to download or see the run numbers accross my 20 Manychat profiles, each has 4 automations. So that, I can show the result to my supervisor and get to my budget approved.
