Since Meta's API doesn't support editing or deleting sent WhatsApp messages, ensuring 100% accuracy before it is sent, is critical for brand reputation. When users trigger template messages, especially for individual, out-of-window contacts, the system should not send them instantly. Instead, it should implement a mandatory preview step that displays all populated variables, requiring final confirmation before the message is actually sent.
It’s too risky to have them shoot out instantly. A full preview with all the variables filled in, letting the user double-check and confirm everything before it goes live.
