Hi All,We have a restaurant and use manychat to run an offers campaign with four offers linked to a lead magnet ad on facebook. It’s a great system and works really well…. BUT…. many customers try to redeem the same offer over and over again and can’t remember which one they have already used.We want to set a monthly reminder of which offers each user can still use.I’m not sure how best to do this though, whether or how to use an array, or whether it’s possible with googlesheets and lookups.Each offer has a unique tag so we can track who has redeemed which offer and prevent more than one redemption of the same offer.Help would be appreciated.

La persona comenta con una palabra trigger, la secuencia es: tiene un texto (como comentario de respuesta) con un boton que dice Si, contame y cuando la persona da click debe aparecer otro texto con un boton a mi Wapp.La cuestión es que cuando la gente hace click en Sí, contame aparece solo SI y nunca muestra el segundo mensaje. Cuando me llega un mensaje por WhatsApp y no lo tengo registrado en mis contactos me aparece con el nombre de Nick name por ejemplo Emojis 🤪  o Siglas o cualquier otra cosa menos sus nombres reales y cuando quiero editarlo no me deja editarlo, estoy un poco desesperado porque cuando pido sus nombres reales y me los dan no puedo actualizar sus datos, hay algo que me recomienden o que esté haciendo mal. Hola a toda la comunidad , recién hace una semana estoy utilizando manychat, y no se si estoy haciendo algo mal pero no se muestran los mensajes como los programo intento pasar la información requerida por el usuario sin sacarlo de la plataforma pero  no se muestran mis mensajes completos solo sale 1 solo renglón , alguien me podrá decir que estoy haciendo mal ? muchas gracias  ! 

salen los mensajes con el primer renglon de la respuesta , no todo el texto es decir se puirde de enviar tos la informacion solo pone hola !me esta sucediendo hace un par de dias con todos los mensakjes

Já verificar e testei várias possibilidades e mesmo assim o fluxo não está disparando com a palavra-chave - comando comentários. Está acontecendo com mais alguém?Obrigada!

How do I correct this? Everytime I make an automation with a specific word trigger, and someone send me a DM or a reply to my story on Instagram, the chatbot answers and send them into a sequence. They have not typed the keyword or comment that I used in the trigger. How do I fix that or turn off automatically answering my DMs?

Equipo en verdad nadie sabe como puedo solucionar este problema de que no funcioann las automatizaciones de respuestas a comentarios de instragram?? Ya verifique en instagram y Facebook que las cuentas estén integradas con Manuchat y todo esta OK. Ya actualice los permisos. No se que más hacer.
