Hello,I hope you're doing well.I’m encountering an issue with my current automation setup and would appreciate your assistance:Here’s the flow I have: I trigger a ManyChat automation when a user sends a message to my Facebook page. This automation sends data to Make.com, where a GPT assistant processes the conversation. After processing, I trigger a second ManyChat automation to send a reply back to the user. The problem:Even when a live human admin joins the conversation and sends a manual reply to the user (via Messenger or ManyChat Inbox), the ManyChat automation continues sending automated messages afterwards.I would like ManyChat to detect when a human admin has taken over the conversation and automatically pause or stop the bot responses, allowing only the admin to manage the conversation manually from that point.What I’ve tried:

Hi - I’m new to Many Chat and would like to tighten up the process learning from the beasts within this community.Question 1:I see Many Chat has multiple app integrations. Our goal is to use manychat to grow our email list with Drip, and there does not appear to be an email integration for Drip. Hi all,Since the introduction of fields within AI step, it has became way more simple to force the AI to write in user’s language without even asking the user what language he would like the bot to speak. And you can still fill in the AI step in whatever language you prefer, it does not change anything.All you have to do is to instruct in the first task, first thing first, “Speak {{language}}.” (language field is already in user’s info) and the entire conversation will be in that language.Best,Florent
