I have spent a full day trying to figure out how to add a chatbot to my web site and I am at a loss. I need the help from all you talented folks.  I have searched online and old instructions speak of a “growth tools menu item which I presume is an old feature. Please can someone guide me. Right now, I have connected facebook, instagram and whatsapp. PLEASE HELP!!

Question: We got a phone number for the WASA, as manychats said there was not other option, it is not a real phone, it is a WASA, number is 19383485089. In order to install WASA a code must be sent by SMS (not possible) or by call (not possible either). So How do you do it? I try dialing the number (no response) and sending whatsapp, the meta says its ok (approved). Still there is no way to get in as the activation code can`t be received. Sorry it's not clear that English is not my first language.  Thank you so much!!!

I can't automate replies to comments under posts; it redirects me to DMs, but I don't need that.

Hi, I just successfully created my first comment automation for an Instagram post. Now I want to create another automation with a different trigger that leads to a different page than the first one. I created both from scratch, but I can't connect them with an arrow like in the first template. Do I need the Pro version to create a second automation?

Conforme orientações do próprio suporte segue o que já fiz para tentar resolver:A conta do Instagram foi conectada após 14 de junho de 2024.1. A conta do instagram é profissional.2. A configuração está correta no intagram: Configurações e atividade → Respostas a mensagens e stories → Controles de mensagens → Ferramentas conectadas → a opção Permitir acesso a mensagens está ativa.3. Atualizei permissões e o problema persisteRedefini as perimissões do Facebook para a Manychat. E em seguida, atualizei as permissões novamente e nada mudou.Preciso de ajuda urgente. 

I recently had a medical post censored by IG Fact checkers….(eyeroll)this was annoying to say the least, due to their errors in their ‘facts’but, the most disturbing thing was,that MY TRIGGER STOPPED WORKING and I have had to hand answer each individual post...because all DM’s are EMPTY, because they received NOTHING after writing the correct trigger. Please help me know how to restore my trigger to that post

Heya! I’m trying to set up 2 automations on the free plan, but I can’t enable them/turn them on with the “Turn on this trigger” button (on the Automations page). I get the message “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.” However, I see the following features listed under the free plan on the website:Automate conversations. Unlimited custom flows to engage up to 1,000 contacts Create custom keyword triggers (3 keywords)Can you not set up any automations with trigger words on the free plan? These are the only 2 automations I have.Edit: I figured out the issue shortly after posting this. The issue is that I’m trying to apply it to “All posts and reels,” however the free plan only allows you to enable it for a specific post or reel. Hope this helps someone else!

Situation: If after 3 or 4 days without receiving messages on WhatsApp, when someone writes to me, I don't receive notifications from the app. It's worth noting that the app is installed on two Android phones, and neither receives notifications from the prospects.Expectation: To receive notifications after several days without accessing ManyChat or after several days without a prospect writing on WhatsApp.Thank you in advance.

Hi there,I have noticed most of my accounts have completely lost their Yahoo email delivery. I’m wondering if the Manychat team is aware of the delivery issues and if there is anything that can be done to improve delivery on our end? We already validate new contacts’ addresses before they come in, we unsubscribe non-active contacts and prioritize sending to our highest engaged contacts.

Hi, I have tried an automation on Facebook messenger and Instagram. The automation works for Facebook (mobile and desktop) and Instagram (mobile). The automation does NOT work on the Instagram desktop web browser (Chrome).Does it happen to anyone else?

I’ve had the same automation going forever. All of a sudden it stopped sending. Any ideas why?

For several days I'm trying to find the cause of the troubleshooting, but I don't see it.I have already disconnect my FB & IF profile and then reconnected them afterwards, but nothing helps. I am able to retrieve the data from a 3rd party API, the response may have up to 10 images, I have the JSON data in manychat but how can I iterate through it and display images? I don’t see any script option.

In the past 2 days i am experiencing an issue where people will send my facebook page a message, but it will no show up in the livechat on manychat. This is not an issue of conversations not opening, some messages literally do not appear on manychat. Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a fix?

Comecei a usar o manychat por que ele diz que posso criar fluxos de conversas ilimitados. Eu consegui criar 4 automações normalmente, mas quando vou criar a quinta eu não consigo ativar o gatilho, e fica falando que é pq estou no plano grátis, mas não era para eu conseguir criar quantas automações quiser até chegar em 1000 contato? Afinal, é isso que está escrito na página de preços.

It’s working great, and the registrants are receiving the link correctly.However, I need help figuring out how to set up an automatic reminder that will be sent via direct message to these same people on the day of the event. I want to make sure no one misses it, but I’m not sure how to configure this reminder in the automation.I also founded this page here, but it seems to be outdated, and the pictures don’t load anymore.Does anyone know how to do this or could guide me through the process? I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions.Thank you so much in advance!
