Hi ManyChat community! I recently noticed I’m having an issue with META. I have double checked that Facebook is connected but for some reason I am not receiving some messages that come through META and if a message has been replied to in META, it is not showing up in ManyChat. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or know how to resolve the issue? Thank you!

I’ve duplicated my automations so many times so I have a lot. I am trying to find the automation that I set a trigger set to “All posts or reels” There are some posts that I don’t intend to have any triggers on but is still triggering from an old automation that I set to all posts. How do I identify which automation it is?

Hello, I would like to ask someone how can I trigger an automation when a user comments on a specific Ad without having to visually see the content on my page ? The only available triggers are when a user comments on a specific reel or post (visual on my page) and when a user clicks on the Ad. Thank you for your cooperation

I have the Many Chat free plan, I set up my automation, but when I went to test it, although it worked, a message was sent along with “Automation powered by @ManyChat” on instagram. How do I remove it? Is it only in the paid version?

Hola a todos! soy nueva por aca, y estoy tratando de automatizar unas respuestas para cuando me envían DM por instagram, ya seguí todos los pasos necesarios, puse guardar, actualizar y todo pero al momento de probarlo desde mi teléfono móvil, no funciona, es como si no se hubiese activado o no se realmente que está pasando, ya que también activé el menú con opciones, como telefono de contacto envianos un mail envianos un whatsapp etc y tampoco aparecen cuando se abre la ventana de chat. ¿qué puedo hacer? de ante mano muchas gracias!

I read on a blog than Contact Number only goes up when someone sends you a DM. As soon as connected Manychat to my Instagram, it showed 32 Contacts, not even a single person DMd me, what is this guys???

So, I’e had ans issue when manycht weren’t able to charge my card and all my automations stopped, as I understood. Now I see that some of my subscribers are not getting their automation-related message safer my subscribtion being re-activated.Is that is how it’s supposed to work, or it’s a glitch?

Is there anyway to add colour to a button or change the font? My buttons appear as a white box with text. I would like to change either the colour of the text or the button box so that it stands out more.
