So, what we want to happen is that if someone comments "unicorn" on an ad, like a feed ad, ManyChat will send them a message. Right now, it seems they only respond to comments on regular posts in our feed, not on feed post ads.

Me he dado cuenta que cuando hago una automatizacion enviada como comentario de respuesta, si  añado botones dentro del espacio reservado para el texto, se modifica el formato cuando llega el mensaje a alguien. Sale el texto más pequeño y el fondo sale de color negro, en vez de azul, como suele ser habitual. Si no pongo botones, el mensaje se envia con el formato habitual de instagram. ¿Porque me pasa esto?. A ver si alguien me puede ayudar Gracias

Hi, I setup a DM Automation on a FB Reel on my FB Page.I have never had these issues with Instagram.The automation triggers and responds to the comments fine, but it appears that non of the comments recieved a DM response. (Over 400 comments)I have checked everything multiple times, but not sure where the disconnect is.It seems no one recieved that first Message after the trigger

Já fiz todo passo a passo e está tudo certinho as configurações, tanto no Facebook como no Instagram e quando a pessoa comenta na minha publicação no Instagram a automatização não aparece para ela. Para mim aparece que a automatização foi enviado, mas para a pessoa não aparece. Já tentei de tudo e nada resolve, por favor me ajude.

I have an issue with the following automation : As you can see, 61 contacts passed through my automation, but only 3 messages were sent. It seems like the issue comes with the delay because when I put a 10 seconds delay it works perfectly fine.Do you have an idea on how I could solve this issue and having message sent for every contact that passed the delay?

Se que se puede hacer con comentarios pero no se si se puede con “me gusta”Finalmente queria preguntar si tras hacer una automatizacion de respuesta automatica cuando alguien me envia un DM, puedo hacer que tras enviarsela una vez, ya no se envie mas?? He visto que a partir de 24 horas, si la persona desencadena la accion le llegará de nuevo el mensaje, pero seria el mismo y no tendria mucho sentido.Gracias!!

hola que tal como estan?, tengo un problema con el chatbot de Instagram, los DMs no le están llegando a los nuevos leeds, estuve realizando pruebas y en muchos casos no les llega la notificación queda como oculto, como si fuera spam, se responde el comentario indicando que se enviara la informacion y ya si reviso la bandeja de mensajes muestra que el mensaje fue enviado pero si voy al perfil de prueba no llego nada ni la notificaion ni como mensaje pendiente solo no se muestra nada hasta que le escriba a la cuenta. alguien me podria orientar, ya que estoy perdiendo dinero 

Tengo un problema cuando hago la carga de contactos y hago el primer envio de mensajes de difusion masiva. Cuando los contactos me responde, se crean contactos nuevos con el nombre que tienen en WhatsApp. Esto está duplicando mis contactos y no me permite unificarlos.¿Qué me recomiendan hacer para evitar la creación de contactos duplicados y unificar los existentes correctamente?Gracias de antemano.

Como faço para enviar mensagens no instagram usando uma automação para pessoas depois das 24hs? Existe alguma forma, mesmo que pagando por envio igual tem a opção no whatsapp? Obrigado!

Estou fazendo uma automação para disparar mensagem via API oficial no WhatsApp, o gatilho é adicionar o lead na tag, quando adiciono o lead na tag o lead entra na automação, porém não envia a mensagem programada na automação, algumas vezes metrifica que foi enviado a mensagem, porém não envia nada no WhatsApp nem é realizada cobrança, e às vezes nem metrifica nada nas métricas da mensagem, todos os leads estão entrando na automação. Alguém pode ajudar ?

Hey guys! Hope you are having a good day.My automation has a custom contact field that gets filled once the user started a conversation. However my automation starts if this field is unknown, as it gets a value when the automation runs. In my use case, there are some users that write on a daily basis, so what I am doing right now is creating new custom fields every day and modifying my automation with them. Is is possible to erase all the values that a contact field has taken without having to go through every single conversation/contact? That would save me a lot of time as I would not need to update my automation every single day.Thank you in advance.Juan David

I’m trying to sync Manychat with Active Campaign and have set up the appropriate external request. When email address changes to “any value” trigger external request “update/create contact.”The external request triggers just fine but the contact does not get created in my account.However, I am seeing a 403 Forbidden message and I have no clue what that means. Very frustrating.  

Hello everyone! I have a question. Can I capture the user first message they sent in the conversation? Lets say I dont have a specific keyword that activates my automation but I want to capture this first message to use it later on. Is that posible? How to do it? Thaks!

Olá pessoal, consegui colocar audios na automação, porém, ao fazer o teste, os áudios não tem som. Alguém pode me dizer como resolver? 

I'm very frustrated: why can I not find the option "share this flow", as the picture below shows? Before I could do it. Had ManyChat changed this process? I have tested all and I can not share my flow: WHY????

Hello ! I have set up our first automation with quite a success regarding our audience interactions.BUT I do not understand the drop of people in my tunnel after the SMART DELAY. How come I have 94 people “passed” and only 26 “sent” after the SMART DELAY.The DM sent after the SMART DELAY is the only action set up at this point .
