Hello I have a list of 300 contacts and when I tag them and I go to broadcasting it shows me 0 CONTACTS WILL GET THIS BROADCAST. Can you help me please? Thank you  

Olá pessoal,Sou novo por aqui e já fiz alguns testes e funcionaram super bem.Porem o teste de disparo em massa não funcionou.Minha conta no WhatsApp está verificada e aprovada.   Criei um modelo de mensagem que já está aprovado.   Pagamento esta em dia. Estou no período de deste da conta Pro.Fiz um disparo teste para 3 contados meus para verificar a funcionalidade, porem aparece que foram entregues mais não chega nos destino. Esse Entregue e Ler só apareceu depois que eu mandei uma mensagem pelo outro lado. Porém a mensagem que eu disparei não chegou em nenhum contato do WhatsApp que coloquei. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi all I made a bot, so when you press start, it shows you a list of other telegram groups to join. Ive linked the telegram groups via the http link. The issue is when clicking the groups, it seems to go to manychat; it loads up manychat, then it sends you to the telegram group. Why is it not just loading up the telegram group to join?Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

Hi, has anyone’s video not showing or playing in Messenger? My video is always showed and played in messenger, but recently it’s not showing and it has been days. How to solve it?

Manychat AI did not save phone number sometimes so I can not create a deal for my company. It should happen 5-6 times in day. You have to fix that.

Is there an option for a "call button"?  I am wanting to drive leads to a call center.  It would be nice if there was a button where they could just click on it and automatically have them call.  Or do I just have to put our phone number in the text? I did a quick search on google and couldn’t find any answers to this.  I am very new to many chat so I figured I would ask here before I go down the rabbit hole of searching.

Olá, Tenho um fluxo de prospecção de lead que ao final chama a automação de AGENDAMENTO. Esta por si tem algumas mensagens e botões rápidos para o cliente escolher o tipo de agendamento:Esta automação chama a automação do AGENDAMENTO, que ao final continua o fluxo aqui. Esta é a automação do AGENDAMENTO: O que tem ocorrido é que os botões dos 3 tipos de agendamentos são momentaneamente mostrados, somem em fração de segundos e o fluxo termina aqui e não segue, mas daqui ele já retorna ao fluxo que chamou o AGENDAMENTO e o segue. De volta ao fluxo que a chamou, executa a comparação e diz que nenhuma opção fora selecionada anteriormente.  Antes funcionava e ficava esperando o cliente apertar um dos botões, agora não mais. Podem ajudar?

Anteriormente, os botões funcionavam corretamente, mas após algumas edições, eles não estão mais aparecendo como esperado. Vou explicar detalhadamente o que está acontecendo:1. *Cenário Atual*:    - Configurei os botões para oferecer opções de "Pix" ou "Cartão" aos usuários após uma mensagem inicial.   - Também adicionei campos de usuário personalizados para capturar essas escolhas.2. *Problema*:   - Após enviar a mensagem inicial, os botões não aparecem.   - A mensagem que deveria permitir a escolha entre "Pix" ou "Cartão" não é exibida.   - O áudio e outras mensagens são enviados corretamente, mas a mensagem com os botões não é.3.    - Configurei os botões como "Verdade" ou "Falso" .   - Editei os campos de usuário personalizados, mas desde então os botões pararam de funcionar.4. *Observações*:   - Antes das edições, os botões funcionavam normalmente.   - É importante para o meu fluxo de mensag

Hey Im trying to build a system where one software sends the initial DM, then ManyChat carrie’s out the conversation and books an appt via instagram DMs. I have a few questions surrounding this…Is it possible? For another software to send the initial DM then manychat carrie’s out the conversation to set the appointment?Also, i noticed that the pricing changes by the number of contacts. My question is what is considered a contact? Can manychat have a bunch of conversations and set appointments without them being considered as contacts? And does manychat make you opt in to something to make you into a contact before it can conversate with the person?Curious because if manychat considers each conversation as a contact then the pricing will scale very quickly and may not be a viable option. Appreciate any feedback 

Eu fiz uma automação no ManyChat para o Instagram, mas estou com problema com os botões. Quando recebo a mensagem, os botões não estão visíveis, eles ficam na mesma cor de fundo.Gostaria de saber como resolver.

Hola a todos, me da gusto ser parte de esta gran comunidad.Soy nuevo usando Manychat y el miércoles de la semana pasada envié un broadcast a Whatsapp a una base de datos de 35 contactos y le puse un remainder para que las personas que no contestarán le volviera a llegar el chatbot, pero me he dado cuenta que si las personas contestan aún así les llega nuevamente el remainder y no he encontrado como quitarlo, alguien me puede dar una pista de como suspender que ya no les llegue más la notificación. Muchas gracias por su apoyo. Saludos Carlos Drombo

I’ve developed an integration to OpenAI using both the Assistant and the completions modes. initially tried assistant mode but it is taking far too long since it needs to first set up new/update assistant if the context has changed , set up a new/check for existing thread, send message and run, then check for response. each of the api calls that require response needed to be put on a timer loop to check for completion. minimum smart delay with manychat is 10 sec which means i’m losing far too much time in all these processes. conclusion: using the assistant mode is resulting in the response taking about 12-13 sec to come through.alternatively, if i use completions, i get a response in about 4 sec but the downside is the entire prompt has to be sent each time which results in high token usage.is there something i’m missing here about how these integrations could work?is there a method  to remove or replace certain characters from text fields in   manychat? for example if the user or cha

Pessoal estou com dúvidas, se é possível criar um formulário pelo whats utilizando os campos de entrada, eu criei duas automações para isso porém quando disparado não é enviado essa automação, a ideia é utilizar esse campos para retornar ao o Crm, estou utilizando pluga como receptor dos dados e o crm Ploomes, alguém já fez algo semelhante? 

Hey guys --- I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out --- researching here and I cant seem to get this automation to work.Desired Automation:I would like our fans to comment “Loko” on our post and receive a DM from the band.DM contains a pre-save link Once clicked - the fan would receive an DM with a photo of the group in the studio -- followed by a Voice note thanking them . Current Outcome:Fan sends comment -- DM is sent to them with the pre-save link.Thats it. Automation stops there.What I gather is they have to send ME a DM reply before they become subscribed as a contact --- and even then I have to manually subscribe them to an automation sequence? I’m pretty good at figuring stuff out -- I tried adding a tag upon clicking the button that triggered a sequence.. nothing.Any help would be great!

Hi. I have an automation that is triggered from Make when a custom field is changed, e.g.: However, even when I see in the live chat that custom field has changed: it's not always triggered. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see any errors in the logs. Is this a Manychat bug? It's affecting my products
