Is it permissible on Fiverr to include Instagram user IDs or usernames in a video demo for clients ?For instance, if I create a video demo uploaded on YouTube and share the link with a client, wherein Instagram usernames are displayed. Am I allowed to send it to the client as is, or should I conceal the Instagram usernames?

Gente! Tudo bem?! Comecei ontem a usar o Manychat e estou com muitas dúvidas em relação a exclusão de contatos. Use a automação somente para eu quero nos comentários e já passou de 500 e não consigo excluir! Alguém tem o passo a passo? Fiz pelo computador, filtrei todos os contatos e cancelei a inscrição, depois que o envio nada acontecer e eles permanecerem lá. Você foi cobrado por ter passado de 500 sendo que o problema é no Manychat?

 I am experiencing an issue with the trigger feature in Manychat. After setting up triggers, I've noticed that they are functioning correctly for some users but not for others. This inconsistency is puzzling, and I'm trying to understand the possible reasons behind it.Could you please provide some insight into why the trigger feature might work for certain users and fail for others? Are there specific settings or conditions that might affect the functionality of triggers across different user accounts?Additionally, if there are any known issues or troubleshooting steps I should be aware of, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter.

 Updating automation produces error message:  Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.  How do I automate and follow up message to go out in a specific timeframe after the first message is sent?  If the message is marked “comment reply” it disconnects the Smart Delay??? When I login to manychat on my windows 11 laptop, I get a white screen.  I do not have a problem when I log in using my iMac pro.   I run Norton Internet Security and also use CCleaner.  i am also using NORD VPN on the windows laptop, but not the iMac pro..  I also get a white screen when i click the “get started for free” button.  How do I overcome this? 

I’ve created a quiz through a Manychat template, using actions to increase points and conditions to match the results but it seems that the points through the quiz are not summed, in fact the results at the end of the quiz it’s always the same no matter which option has previously been picked. Is there any trick i’m missing?

I need to send my customers a reminder from time to time via whatsapp. It has to go at a particular time on the date that they have chosen to attend a Masterclass I am conducting. I know that I can create an whatsapp contact via API and then trigger a flow to send a message but I want to send messages multiple times as reminder. What’s the best way to go about this case? If there’s an API call that can trigger a message or a particular flow then it would be helpful. The logic of the time of calling this API can be taken care of in my CRM. Example:- A customer registers for the workshop on Monday. I have to send him a reminder at 4:00 PM on Thursday. 

I started manychat with a new FB, absolutely empty, but i was banned. Now i can’t associate my instagram account with any new manychat account. How can I resolve that please ? 

Hola pessoal, estou implantando um fluxo de inteligencia artificial usndo o recurso HTTP e tudo estar funcionando perfeitamente. a conexão api estar sendo feita para uma instalação flowise em meu servidor. porem a resposta ou latencia demora entre 12 a 25 segundos e o manychat estar bloqueando se demora mais de 10 segundos. as vezes tenho respostas que sao entregues dentro de 5 segundos e elas são entregues normalmente. gostaria de saber se ha algo que possa ser feito para aumentar a latencia de resposta ou seja aumentar o tempo que o manychat aceita? eu ja fiz alterações no meu fluxo para consultar a cada 10 segundos até chegar 1 minuto se ja ha resposta na variavel que coleta a resposta porem, o manychat realmente estar bloqueando se nao chegar dentro de 10 segundos. desse geito fica impossivel automatizar.

But there was a problem with Facebook and the account was disabled.So I'm going to make a new Facebook account and connect to Instagram My Instagram account is linked to Manychat, which is linked to my previous Facebook account. So I can't add a channel. What should I do if I do this?No new Instagram account!

Hi, I found the way to reply comment as DM after some delay.But I’d like to leave a comment publicly after some delay , not DM Does ManyChat have any function for what I want?If so, How can I do that?Please describe in detail. Thanks for your help in advance. 

Comment reply → send dm is bugged suddely and it doesn’t work unless the person is previously following youIm contacting support and they can’t help with that and other competitors are working correctly so its just a manychat issue and their support is not helping. 

Hi 👋 I have a Whatsapp flow which asks the user a series of Yes/No questions. When using Messenger or Instagram flows, it’s easy to create natural ‘breaks’ or pauses with User Input prompts and the Multiple Choice option, but Whatsapp doesn’t have the Multiple Choice option. The issue is, that when I use a text block with buttons in Whatsapp, the flow continues to run, even if the user doesn’t provide any input so we don’t get a response to every question and the user experience is terrible. I’ve reverted to a fallback of User Input with text, asking the user to reply with Y or N, but this is also not acceptable UX. I though there may be a way to use conditions, only moving to the next step once the previous answer has a value, but I haven’t been able to make this work either. Is there any other way to ‘pause’ the automation until the user provides input using buttons in a Whatsapp flow?Thanks in advance,Wayne

Hello, I  wanted  to  talk  about  a situation that happened to me last week. A user sent me a message asking about the prices of my service, and they automatically received a message with the prices from Manychat.To be more specific, the message the person received contained the prices of Manychat.I was quite  surprised because I don't have any workflow  activated that would perform this operation. Has this happened to anyone else ?  Do you know how I can solve this ? Thank  you  for  your  help

Okay, so, suddely the comment reply + send DM tools stopped working. For some reason manychat got bugged, and now comments aren’t being replied unless the person previously follows me. Also, there’s another issue with DMs, where people can’t see the sent message.This is NOT something on my end, I tried a lot of Troubleshooting and nothing worked. On top of that I checked with another person that this is happening to her to. Wanted to know if someone else’s expeciencing thisThis is the first month Im using the paid tool and I feel very bad about paying something that doesn’t work on the simplest configuration ever

Hello, I consider buliding whatsapp business using manychat. does manychat use only official whatsapp API's?

 I'm currently having trouble with my Chatbot...I've created it using Open AI, Manychat, and Make Automation. As I was testing out a flow I notice some things were off so I deleted the stuff I added and it was back to normal...Well at least I thought it was. Now I have random messages sending even after turning the trigger off and remove what was no longer needed from the flow. If there's any way someone could help me I would appreciate it 🙏🏽
