Once a messenger user subscribes to one of my lists,  I want to send them a weekly DM with some automated content.Can a looping smart delay automation be used to achieve this goal?  Is there a better way to achieve weekly DM goal in an automated fashion?

Hi!I was off from ManyChat in a few weeks ago, I think. At the moment, I need to sign back in. On “Setting”, it said the date Feb. 25 it over? I need to sign back in. Also, in a different Title entirely from the previous account. How can I start doing this? Any response is very much appreciated.

Pessoal, estou precisando de uma grande ajuda, desculpe o inglês não correto, sou do Brasil.Eu uso o manychat para o telegram e o mesmo bot que eu conecto no manychat eu também uso no channel help, sempre fiz assim em outras contas.Porem peguei uma conta de um cliente novo, que eu instalo o bot no manychat, e o manychat funciona perfeitamente, porem ao colocar o mesmo bot no channelhelp, o meu manychat para de funcionar na mesma hora, ja aconteceu com alguem ? tem como resolver? as minhas outras contas no manychat que tem o bot nos 2 lugares ainda funcionam normalmente, estou precisando muito ajustar isso !Se alguem puder me auxiliar agradeço muito. 

Instagram isn’t appearing anywhere on my options even though it says its connected.. All of the help pages are outdated and don’t show anything the same way that I see it when I pull up instagram or facebook.   Is there ANY kind of live support.. Pretty shocking that the help is awful with no live chat support…… Should I disconnect and reconnect all my accounts?

Hello.I did some basic automations (user comments on a post and I send a link by direct), but I can only activate 3 at the same time, when I activate others it says that the trigger is not enabled, and then I enter the automation and try to enable the trigger , it keeps asking to subscribe to the paid plan. I thought that in the free account I could have unlimited simultaneous automations...

Hi everybody I have manage to make an automatisation for my facebook, I clic the live button and its blue but when I try it on my facebook (orsomeone else) the automatisation wont start.Is it because I am still in trial version of manychat? thanks a lot, Steffie :)

Hi there, I have setup an automation triggered by a “specific word” comment on any post or reel on my Instagram.So far so good. It works.But when a user replies with that specific word to a comment of mine under the post,(appearing as - @myaccount “WORD”) the automation doesn’t start.Is it possible to solve?

I was not able to publish the above chat flow unless I added “Send Message #2” in there (TEXT + BUTTON).I want users to arrive, then click the Opt In Box, then goto Message #1.How can I do that?  Now the user has to click too much which in my opinion is not a great user experience.Thanks
