Hi I’m having a problem.I’ve been working on Instagram conversation starts without much fuss. But when I’ve tried making the same for messenger, I can’t set up the trigger to be “user clicks on a conversation starts item”, which in Instagram case was a default setting.   what am I missing?

How many accounts can you send DMs to in the free version of Manychat?We have successfully sent a DM with a response under a post a few times, but now it no longer works and we haven't changed anything!

Hi there. I am currently unable to see the chat flows that I have built. When I go to view or edit my automations, I cannot see any of the nodes or boxes, everything is blank. However the automations are still working on IG and FB. I have refreshed permissions, restarted my computer, logged out, refreshed my internet, all multiple times without any change. Any suggestions?

I had the Instagram DM list feature enabled for one of my accounts and have a little over 1k people subscribed to my list. Am I still able to send a broadcast to them through the Instagram app instead of Manychat?Also I’m not able to create a broadcasr channel on Instagram app and was wondering if this is because I have the DM List feature enabled on Manychat?

Hi there peeps!We want our clients to be able to use their support resources and access the “live chat” function so they can give support in all their channels at once.But we don’t really want them to be able to access all our automatizations and the rest of the “behind the scenes” work we do for obvious reasons.Is that possible to do?

Still new to Manychat so I’m still confused on how to organize flows. We have flows for keyword DMs with these codes but what if they comment on the post? If I create a User Comments on your Post with all these keywords and details, how can I arrange to make sure that the correct detail is sent using the correct keyword? Any help is appreciated been racking my brains for an hour or so.

Ok this might be simple… i want to build a massive automation that starts with a keyword, i have worked that out, but i want to ask the user a question like “where are you from” they answer “USA” and because “USA” is the keyword it fires off the next part of the message.from there i can build everything out, i just seem to be stuck with this bit…I would love any help cheers

How do I reset the conversation so I can go through the starters again?
