I am able to re-open chats but if it’s been over 7 days since our last interaction I can’t respond to them through manychat. Is that a limitation manychat has set?

I’m trying to get SMS up and running so I can finish the campaign I’m working on and start testing it live, but I can’t get Twilio to approve my toll free verification application. Keep getting declined because apparently I’m not doing the right thing for the opt-in workflow.I include verbiage in the Messenger opt-in step to tell them we’d send them promotional texts like I see all over the place. Apparently that’s not enough, and I need something more thorough to do it right? What exactly do I need to include/do to make it right?Thanks!

Hi all. I can’t seem to find a way to communicate with contacts via email within the Live Chat panel. I have set up email accounts within the system, and can see how to use emails as part of an Automation, but not how to make this part of the chat. Is this possible? 

Hey guys! Could anyone help me? I'm still new to manychat and there are some errors that are a mystery to me.The dynamic block is returning an error for any endpoint that I make the request. I created a webhook with just the default return for the dynamic block, and even so I keep getting an error. Basicailly I am building a flow where after receiving instagram message from the DM, manychat should send a request to a webhook with user data and the text itself. When I am trying to send multiline message in instagram(shift+enter) oc PC or new line button on mobile phones manychat webhook is not triggering, . With inline or single line messages which does not include new line works pretty fine and I believe that’s a bug.   

Hi, is there an easy way to support flow in multiple languages without flow duplication?The proposed solutions with setting language tag and duplicating flows are nightmare once you start doing adjustments in your flow, cause then you need to repeat the change you want to make in every individual flow for every language.

Hello,Can we send a Automatic Messages to the DM’s received on Instagram. Long back ago I was unaware of Automatic replies, I have lots of DM’s and I have not replied, Can I send them any text to start the conversation.

Recently, my contact ID was 7096271090448746 which is I think the permanent one. I remove my contact and now, the Contact ID was returning random ID like (1926916784) which I cannot use in FB Graph API. Can someone help me with this.

Can i connect my instagram with whatsapp as in if someone gives me the number using many chat automation in instagram can i directly automate a message to that number if yes how do i do that.I am using a whatsapp api
