Hello everyone,I am planning to upgrade to the $39 Pro Plan. I noticed that the plan includes "3 channels."Could someone please clarify if I can use these 3 channel slots to connect 3 different WhatsApp Business numbers under this single subscription? Or does it strictly mean I have to use 3 different types of platforms (e.g., 1 WhatsApp, 1 Messenger, and 1 Instagram)?Any guidance would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
TikTok is one of the most effective platforms for helping people discover your business. But discovery alone doesn't grow your business it needs to lead somewhere. One of the biggest challenges creators face is turning engagement into an audience they can reconnect with. Views and followers are valuable, but collecting contact information such as email addresses or phone numbers gives you a direct way to continue the relationship beyond the algorithm. ☕️ In this guide, you'll learn how to use Manychat to capture leads directly from TikTok conversations. Why lead capture mattersTikTok excels at helping people discover new creators, products, and businesses. In fact, many users now treat TikTok as a search engine when looking for recommendations and information.Once someone engages with your content, you have an opportunity to continue the conversation in a private space.Rather than sending people to an external landing page, Manychat allows you to collect information directly inside a D
Every lead is different. Not everyone who starts a conversation with your business is looking for the same thing. Some people are ready to buy. Others are exploring their options. Some simply want to learn more before taking the next step.Treating every contact the same often leads to generic conversations that don't help either you or your audience. The more relevant your responses are, the more likely someone is to continue the conversation and eventually convert.☕️ In this guide, you'll learn how to use Manychat to qualify leads using buttons and quiz-style conversations. Why lead qualification mattersPersonalization starts with understanding intent.By asking one or two simple questions, you can learn what someone is looking for and automatically guide them to the most relevant information, offer, or next step.Instead of sending everyone through the same flow, you create conversations that feel tailored to each person. This creates a better experience while helping you focus on the le
TikTok is great for helping people discover your business. WhatsApp is where longer conversations, stronger relationships, and buying decisions often happen.Rather than trying to do everything inside TikTok, many businesses use TikTok to spark interest and WhatsApp to continue the conversation.☕️ In this guide, you'll learn how to use Manychat to seamlessly move qualified leads from TikTok into WhatsApp.Why move conversations to WhatsApp?TikTok is built for discovery. WhatsApp is built for connection.Once someone has expressed interest, continuing the conversation on WhatsApp allows you to provide more value, answer questions, share updates, and build trust over time.Instead of relying on someone finding your content again, you create a direct communication channel that supports long-term relationships. How the workflow worksThe workflow demonstrated during our webinar follows a simple sequence:A user discovers your content on TikTok. Manychat captures their phone number through a DM co

I will show you how to set up Manychat.Because most people do it wrong. They either make it way too simple, and just send people to a landing page…Or they overcomplicate it with tons of automations they never use.And both don’t work.So I’ve set up Manychat for dozens of Instagram accounts and in this video I’ll show you how to set it up step-by-step.And we’ll build your first funnel together, so you can start getting leads from Instagram. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇
A few weeks ago, during a ManyChat webinar, someone asked me a great question:"What should I do after I give away a freebie?"And honestly, this is where most people leave a lot of money on the table.Because getting someone to download your freebie is only the first step. The real question is:How do you turn that lead into a customer?Today, I'll show you the exact framework we use with our clients to do that. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

A few weeks ago, I did a live Q&A webinar with ManyChat, and by far the most asked question was:"When will the Follow-to-DM feature finally work?"People asked things like:"Why can only a small percentage of my followers trigger the automation?""Why don't I have access to the feature?""Why does it work for some accounts but not others?"So in this video, I want to give you an honest update on the current state of the feature and what you should do moving forward. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇
I will show you the best way to get webinar signups from Instagram.Because most people do this wrong. They either send people to the link in their bio, or to a landing page, and both don’t work. Instead, I’ll show you how to automatically turn Instagram comments into webinar signups directly in the DMs.I’ve used a similar strategy with 2 clients. With one, we generated over 2,000 webinar signups. And with the other, we generated more than 500 signups. And you will get my template for free, so you can copy-and-paste everything. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

Si usás otra plataforma, Make o Zapier resuelven.¿Están usando alg
I’ll show you how to auto DM anyone who comments on your Instagram post — and turn 50% of your commenters into leads. With this funnel, we’ll collect their name and email in the DMs…And send automatic reminders if they stop replying. This is the exact strategy I’ve used to generate over 150 thousand leads for my clients. And you’ll get my template for free, so you can copy and paste everything. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇

If you're not collecting contact data from your Instagram audience, you're leaving serious money on the table. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to use Manychat to capture emails and other contact info directly inside Instagram DMs, then automatically route that data to your CRM, email platform, or whatever tools you're already using. We'll build the flow inside Flow Builder, set up automated follow-ups, tour the Contacts tab, and walk through Manychat's integrations so you can start increasing conversions across your entire funnel.🎞️ Watch it here: 💡 Missed previous episodes?
Most people think Instagram DM automations are complicated… but you can set one up in less than 10 minutes.I’ve been building DM automations for over 6 years, and this is one of the easiest setups to start with. You can use this to answer questions, sell products, or promote things like coaching sessions. In this video, I’ll show you how to set it up and I’ll give you my template for free. You can watch it here: Please let me know what you think in the comments 👇
Eso equivale a 4 empleados full time.
