Hello,J’ai un problème avec l’automatisation des commentaires Instagram.Tout est correctement configuré de mon côté :L’automatisation est en LIVE et le trigger est activé Les mots-clés sont bien configurés Mon compte Instagram est connecté Les permissions sont bien activées La page Facebook est bien liée J’ai déjà contacté le support mais aucune réponse en 2 semaine Mais rien ne se déclenche :Aucun DM envoyé Aucune réponse en commentaire Aucune réaction quand quelqu’un commenteJ’ai testé avec plusieurs comptes externes, et même avec une automatisation très simple (1 mot-clé → 1 message), et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.J’ai l’impression que ManyChat ne reçoit pas les événements de commentaires Instagram.Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà eu ce problème ou sait comment le résoudre ?je vous mets mon automatisation :

Hi everyone,I need help with an Instagram DM flow where I want to read a user's natural text reply and branch based on keywords — without using Quick Replies or AI Step.Setup:- After my question message, I added a User Input block to capture the reply.- Immediately after that, I placed a Condition block that checks if the reply contains "expensive" (or similar keywords) to branch into objection handling vs. WhatsApp request.- I tried both saving the reply to a custom field and referencing {{last_input_text}} in the Condition.Problem:No matter what the user types, the Condition always takes the "No" branch. It seems like the user's reply text is not available at the time the Condition checks it.Question:What is the correct setup to capture a text reply in an Instagram DM flow and make it available for keyword-based branching in a following Condition block? Hi Manychat Community / Support Team, I am reaching out for help with a recurring billing issue on my account. My Pro trial has just ended, and I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan!Every time I select the "Monthly" option and proceed to checkout, the system automatically switches it back to the "Annual" model. I have tried this over 10 times, but the payment attempt always shows the full annual amount, which I have to decline each time.Has anyone else experienced this "forced annual" bug? I simply want to proceed with the standard monthly billing.I have already tried:Selecting the monthly toggle multiple times. Clearing my browser cookies and trying a different device. Hi!I just set up the automatic DM messages that are sent to new followers, but no messages are being sent. I already refreshed the permission from Instagram, but this doesn't help either. Can someone maybe help me further? The new followers are also not followers who followed me before, but genuinely new followers.Kind Regards,Melina

Hello guys,I'm setting up an automation to send a DM to new followers.My goal is to collect their email address in exchange for a freebie.However, after the first welcome message is sent, it seems the only option available is to add a link (screenshot)I cannot add a "User Input" step to ask for and collect the user's email address.The conversation flow stops after the first message. Is this a bug, or am I using the wrong feature?How can I create an automation that DMs new followers and then asks for their email?Thank you for your help!

Hi, my Instagram account “snellies_caravannetje” seems connected to an old ManyChat workspace.I removed the Meta permissions but I still get the message “already has contact”.Can you disconnect/reset the Instagram account for me?

Meta Events Manager: In the Dataset settings, the option to "Connect Instagram as a Messaging Data Source" is greyed out. Multiple Datasets: I noticed ManyChat has auto-created new datasets (e.g., "Event Data"), which seem to be conflicting with my original dataset. What's happening is that the automation is activated normally when my follower comments, and it responds to all comments normally, and then sends the direct message to my follower normally, but my follower doesn't receive it.And when I send the message manually, my follower receives it normally.The Meta Pro support team has already told me that everything is working normally with my account, mainly because the manual message is working normally, and that the problem is on ManyChat's side.ManyChat support has responded several times, but always with some suggestion to redo the account connections, but nothing solves the problem.I also deleted the Instagram account from ManyChat and re-established the connection, and still nothing works.Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Hi,I have created an automation for WhatsApp, but the external requests are not being triggered.The request itself seems to be correct, because the test request works properly.My request calls a PHP file where I added logs for the incoming requests. When I run the test, I can see the request in the logs. However, when the WhatsApp automation runs, the request is not made, and the flow continues with an empty response.Few time ago, I used similar external calls with the Instagram channel and they always worked correctly.Could you please help me understand why this is happening?ThanksEly

As the title says the automation randomly stopped working yesterday on our account across all of our posts. Already tried refreshing permissions and deleting and creating automations, but nothing seems to fix the issue. So just wondering if this is a problem from Manychats side or ours?We also started running meta ads on the same account yesterday and it feels like it stopped working right after we launched ads.Thanks.

Hi guys  I went through all troubleshooting steps , I refreshed permissions etc  I have over 100 DMs and they show up on manychats and my contacts on many chats but they are not receiving the automated message.  It was working fine when i tested it but now not working when the story went live Any help would be appreciated 

Hello, I recently made a new Instagram and Facebook business page. I made just one post, ran an ad on it and configured manychat to automatically reply to the comments in the post and DM. It was all going great until I just got a notification from both facebook and instagram that I’m restricted from running ads. Is there a fix to this issue? Does contacting support help? Thanks! Note: Manychat is the only app I installed, no more apps or anything and I haven’t even had that many comments. 

We have an automation, when it ends, someone from the company using whats-app for business, will reply to the user with a free text, but doing so will show the welcome message again (the automation will re-start)?? so how we can prevent this? so the automation should start/resume only if the initiator user type a message? and not when we (our company) users reply to user input? this is possible? and how? Thanks

Post/Reel comment → automated public reply (rotating set of 5) on any Post/Reel. Condition check: does contact have tag "MF Entered Flow"? If no tag → add tag → 3 min delay → DM #1 → DM #2 If tag exists → flow ends (no duplicate DMs)The problem:When a contact who has already completed the full flow comments on my next post (a new video uploaded the next day), nothing happens. No public reply fires. They're not re-entering the flow at all.I've confirmed the tag is correctly applied to these contacts. Ok guys… Pretty simple.   I am trying to setup ManyChat to do the following. (and it is sort of working already)Reply to facebook comment that someone makes by posting a new comment (CHECK!  That is working) Fire off a private message to the person that made the comment as a welcome message (CHECK!  That is working) Here is where I have a hiccup….  I don’t want it to DM message people every-time they make a comment on a post.  Many of these people comment daily or more than 1-time a day.   (FAIL…. This is not working)… It is sending a message every time someone comments on a post.As far as I can tell I added a tag to check if someone had been messaged before and if so…. do not send a message but rather add a tag to the person as a “already received message” then applied a “delay” to keep that tag on for 90 days then remove it.   See my flow below.    Tell me what I’m doing wrong…..Keep in mind.. .I’m BRAND NEW… so I may need

Hi, my question is this: I started a new automation from scratch. I'm trying to set it up so that Claude is having conversations with people who follow me up until they schedule the call, and I'm having an issue. I created a Claude trigger, and nothing worked. Can somebody help me with this automation?  I know I'm missing a step, but I have not been able to figure out how to do this properly. 

I would like to set up an auto-dm from comments for the same reel that went to instagram and facebook. It works for instagram now. I then tried to go to settings - channels and connect my facebook channel to set up a auto dm there as well (I assume I need to do two automations for insta and facebook separately)? It then took me to a payments plan again - do I need two payment plans for instagram and facebook separately? If no, how to I set up the same automation that I did for the post on instagram for that post on facebook?

Hello to ANYONE who can help!THIS IS LONG, BUT PLEASE READ! I’m so frustrated, I’ve been paying for Manychat for months, while it hasn’t been working. I haven’t had any success with the support either. It has taken forever for a support to get back to me via email, and I’ve spent hours on the chatbot doing the same thing over and over again that it suggests with NO success.I’ve almost given up on Manychat and hooked up my Stan Store auto DM to respond to my comments on IG this last 2 weeks, which worked fine too up til yesterday, when even those would not reply to the IG comment, but would still send my product to their DM. The problem is the customer doesn’t know it is in there or to check their “message request” for it, so I’ve had to go back into each individual comment and tell them to look there. My content and comments are popping off and I don’t have time to do that and am losing a ton of business with it.  I know ManyChat is the best option
