We're experiencing issues with affiliate links sent through ManyChat automations on both Facebook and Instagram (more frequently on Facebook).Our setup:ManyChat comment-to-DM automations Affiliate links from Geniuslink, Howl, BrandCycle, LTK, etc. ManyChat URL shortener is not disabledIssues we're seeing:Some users don't see the link in the DM at all - they are only seeing the opening message, but no link buttons Some users report that links don't work when clicked. Some users can open our website, but affiliate links on the page return errors such as "Page removed" or fail to load. The issue often resolves when users open the link in Safari or Chrome instead of Meta's in-app browser.Has anyone experienced similar issues with affiliate links in Messenger or Instagram automations? Are there any known issues with link tracking, redirects, or Meta's in-app browser that could be causing

every time i request a demo or contact to get support for my account i just get an email back about manychat’s elite program which im not even interested in. and no one even replies when i respond to that email about elite. im paying for the pro plan too and having a frustrating time getting support. running into issues with my automations set up here and need help!

I have been trying to diagnose my manychats flow for the past week and its driving me insane 😂.Context: I have started a FB page a month and a half ago - grew from 0 to 50k followers & 10m+ views. To monetize the traffic - I started to use manychats keyword trigger from reels/posts.Since in Europe + Japan the Meta Business Suite keyword comment to dm automation is not available - I use manychats for this flow. User comments under reel - dm gets sent.I have tested around 250 contacts so far with only about 5% delivery rate, which signals something structurally wrong. Its within the 24 hour window, no tags applied. I tried reply button + quick reply + long, short, personalised first messages and pretty much doesnt seem to work. Tried first messages without link aswell and still doesnt seem to do the job. Is this something with my FB page that is wrong that they are silently filtering most of my messages as spam? any fix? or is this something geo

Hello, I have 3000+ DMS from old conversations, I filtered those contacts by “last interaction” more than 60 days. Created a sequence with a trigger to start the sequence when a Tag is added to a contact and another trigger when contacts added to the sequence. I have done the set up but the sequence does not start (is already live) I don’t see messages being sent to those contacts. 

Currently, $45 was paid on March 5th, so even if I cancel my subscription now, can I use the pro benefit until April 5th?

I never set up the automation to "contact them later" and it will not allow me to take it down because it's no where in my automation. How do I get rid of this ICK reply asking for their email?

After removing Manychat permissions from Facebook / IG and re-connecting I am still getting the error “post not found / lost connection”. Old automations are still working - I cannot edit them though. New automations are NOT working at all. What else can I do to fix this? Delete Manychat entirely? I’m scared I will lose all the automations I have built.

Since im new here i have questioni heard that smart delay doesnt work after 15sec cn i make it to be more then 2-5minutesi have same one for ig thanks  

Currently, when you share a template that includes a Comment Trigger, that trigger cannot be changed on the users end when the template is protected. Templates when protected are also, by default, installed toggled off. When the user installs they have to go toggle everything on,  but they cannot turn on comment trigger flows because the trigger is protected in it’s “off” position. We could simply not lock the specific automation that includes the comment trigger, but if the entire template is locked, the trigger is locked within the flow regardless of the specific automations locked status.The user cannot alter the trigger word either way. This means your protected templates cannot include a comment trigger, which feels like a pretty big feature to exclude from sharing. Any chance we could get a patch? 🥺🙏 

I am unable to create an IG automation.  Never had a problem with the feature before but I am getting the message, "Couldn't create automation.  Try again later". I've been trying for hours, signed out, signed back in, redid the whole automation - nothing has worked so now I have to manually send links to those commenting on my IG reel!  Any ideas?? Thanks!

havent used manychat in years, how can I restart without having tags/triggers and all sorts of stuff tied to the existing users. Have about 1500 contacts and want to start a bunch of new automation flows, but not sure if half my people are opted out, etc from previous flows. Is there a way to set everyone to “new” and basically start over? (restaurant business)

I have just attempted to setup Manychat to begin using it on my account and it has said that I need to provide access and the business portfolio is had selected is an old IG account of mine that I no longer have access to and doesn’t even exist? I tired support and they haven’t provided much help I have been going round in circles for hours across my phones, laptop and desktop no luck please can someone help me!

I’ve got a TikTok business account, but trying to authenticate my TikTok account via manychat won’t work.I’ve tried in two browsers (chrome and safari). I’ve tried signing into my TikTok using different methods (QR code, password, phone number). I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in. All give the same error when trying to authenticate. Telling me to switch to a business account when it is a business account. It used to be a creator account then TikTok removed creator accounts and now only offer personal and business. I think that changed caused ManyChat’s integration to break. After clicking Continue in the authentication popup, it always shows the business account popup as in the screenshots below. I click done, then nothing happens. I’ve checked multiple times and can confirm my account is 100% a business account.What is the solution here? My feeling is that ManyChat development team needs to fix the

Hi everyone,I'm trying to understand exactly how the Instagram "Post or Reel Share" trigger ("User shares your post or reel in a Story") works under the hood, because I'm running into two things I can't reconcile.1) Specific post selectionThe trigger lets me pick a specific post/reel. But based on the Instagram Messaging API, when someone shares your post (or mentions you) in their Story, the `story_mention` webhook payload only contains the Story media URL (a CDN link) — it does NOT include the ID of the original post/reel that was shared. I've also seen Manychat staff say in this community that it's not possible to retrieve the post ID.So how does the "specific post" option actually filter? Does it truly restrict the automation to the chosen post, or does it fire for ANY mention/share regardless of which post was shared?2) Manual @mention vs. just sharingIn my own testing, simply using "Add to story" to reshare a post/reel does NOT trigger a

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. 48 hours and still no response from ManyChat support.The irony is hard to miss: a chatbot company whose own chatbot can't connect users to a human support agent.If you're building tools that help businesses communicate with customers, your own support experience should set the standard.
