I have a lot of communication on Instagram, this issue haven’t fixed yet. Customer send me a message for example phone number, system did not save phone number pass the other questions. So I can not save phone number, my automation does not help me.

Já tentei falar por e-mail com o assistente do Manychat mais não consigo solucionar este problema.Fiz o cadastro com o Facebook no Manychat, e a página já está conectado ao Instagram, porém quando vou no Manychat para conectar o Instagram  diz que já foi enviado uma solicitação e que o dono da perfil precisa aceitar, só que não consigo encontrar pra onde foi essa solicitação pra eu aceitar a conecção entre o Instagram e o Manychat, já procurei nas configurações do Instagram, no Facebook  e no e-mail e nada . Alguém poderia me ajudar.

Não consigo pagar o Manychat, dá erro de cartão. Já tentei 4 cartoes?

como se da a cobrança do manychat? alem dos 15 dolares que pagamos pelo serviço, quanto pagamos ao facebook por msg?sei que existem preços diferentes por enquadramento de setor no facebook, como marketing e serviços. em qual setor se enquadra o manychat no facebook?

Alguem ja se questionou porque o Manychat tem um custo tão barato de serviço em relação a outros parceiros oficiais do Whatsapp? Porque o suporte é tão restrito? O porque eles não aparecem no diretorio de parceiros oficiais da do Whatsapp? (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/search?solution_type=messaging&platforms=whatsapp) O Manychat se promove como parceiro Oficial da Meta e não do Whatsapp em si, isso explica porque você que tenta escalar sofre com restrições e banimentos, pelo menos é o que eu tenho percebido depois de mais de um ano ultilizando a plataforma. Estou prestes a migrar pra um provedor oficil do Whatsapp, pois o Manychat não garante escalabilidade nem estabilidade… Por favor compartilhem o que sabem em relação ao tema, de preferencias com evidencias, valeuu!

Hola.. estoy enviando un external request a una api, que me contesta con un JSON arreglo con varios campos.. y no se como procesarlo… pues cuando contesta con data de un solo suscriptor es facil mapearlo… no se como mapear el resiltado de una lista para actualizar los campos de varios suscriptores…agradezco desde ya cualquier ayuda!!!

Good morning, I’m just beginning my ManyChat adventure. I’m not techy by any means, so excuse me for asking these questions if they’ve already been answered. First, I’m not sure how to upgrade to Pro ~ I have 13K IG followers, but only 6 Many Chat contacts. So do I sign up for 13K contacts, or a smaller number? Second, ManyChat struggles (or maybe I struggle) with connecting my IG to ManyChat and to my PERSONAL Facebook - they are both Elizabeth Hill, but my IG handle is BetsiHillTravel. Any advice or hints to help a non-techie set all this up correctly?

Very basic question, does manychat work for private accounts - both as a user and for audience? Looked for teh answer here and online and cant seem to find the info on the basic requirements but get a prompt asking me to either have a business or public account for insta.And if its not possible, did you come across another solution that does? Obrigada, thanks!

Hello, I have a high traffic page and I want to use the auto-comment automation but I’m afraid Facebook will block me after a certain amount of comments. Is there any way I can automatically stop/pause the automation after a few comments?

Hello! I’m trying to set up an automation where the first 20 people to comment on the post get one autoreply, and then everyone else afterwards gets a different one. I’m having a hard time figuring it out, can anybody help please?

Hola a todos! Soy nuevo en Manychat y quiero usarlo para automatizar mis conversaciones con WhatsApp Business pero veo que hay muchas alertas porque al parecer no puede tener una cuenta anterior ese mismo numero, si vinculo mi WhatsApp Business (que ya estoy usando) a Manychat ya no podre recibir ni hacer llamadas desde ese mismo numero. Entonces no entiendo.Si alguien me puede indicar y ayudar lo agradeceria mucho. Saludos!

Why my automation messenger dont work?

A lot of people have tried using our client messenger links: www.messenger.com/t/clientname AND m.me/clientname that we have mentioned in articles and emails, yet the links are inconsistent in opening their Messenger conversation. Often times it just opens just the app, not the conversation. We noticed this primarily on phones. We have a new drop next week and we’d like to drive people to Messenger. Has anyone else ran into this?
