Hello! Does anyone know how to automatically pause all automations through an http request, or an action, or in some way? I need that if the user sends a chat on WhatsApp with the word “SUPPORT”, all automations for the user are paused automatically (like when a message is sent from the chat from an agent). I'm currently stuck on this:The user sends a message with the word support, performs the action of marking conversation as open and performs the action of assigning conversation to an agent, I can set a message in the next step, but it does not pause the automations for that contact.Thank you so much!!

Please contact support to enable this feature.”Pelo que pesquisei o motivo seria por não ter a conta PRO ou não ser um ADM mas como mostra a imagem não me enquadro nestes requisitos. 

please help me stop the automations they are sending messages to every one and won't stop after i disconnected my instagram and account. i want to keep the service but i'm open to deleting it entirely just to fix it

So I’m setting up an autmation, where everytime when a user writes a certain trigger word, they receive an audio file via Whatsapp. As far as I am seeing, its possible to upload one audio file, and then get it sent in the automation. That’s the case on my current screenshot: However, on my setup, each user should get their own, individual audio file sent to them. These audio files already exist: they are created in the backend of my server, and there’s a path like “myserver.com/user-audios/audio-userID.mp3”. So what I would need to do on Manychat, is to - instead of statically sending the same audio - accessing the URL based on the User ID, and then taking the file from the path and sending it to the user.I know there’s a lot that I can do via “External Request” Actions, but at the moment, I’m afraid it’ll fail because the “audio” format will always require me to upload the file, instead of referencing one dynamically.Any ideas?Thanks!

Estoy tratando de realizar la vinculación de número de whatsapp con la plataforma, pero tengo el siguiente inconveniente…Al momento de iniciar los pasos, seleccione mi número propio número y llegando al paso final me dio el error conocido que mi cuenta está vinculada a una cuenta, está bienEl sistema sugiere ir a los ajustes y borrar mi cuenta, a lo que procedí a realizarlo y volví a intentar, pero me sigue arrojando el mismo error ¿alguien sabe por qué ocurre? ¿hay que esperar un tiempo? ¿Qué debo de hacer?

Hola, he creado mi flujo, pero no funciona de manera correcta. Quiero hacer mensajes de seguimiento a las personas que pidieron información. Los mensajes de seguimiento son cada 24, 48. 72 horas y una semana, pero por alguna razón, no manda ningún seguimiento. He intentado colocando PAUSAS INTELIGENTES, pero no funciona. También he creado una secuencia colocando los tiempos, pero sigue sin funcionar. Quiero mencionar, también, que mi cuenta es la de paga.

I succed in automating a whatssap chatbot with Manychats and I could integrate it to chatgpt using my secret key with no problem. My question is: how can I then integrate my chatbot with and specific assistant I have built in openAI platform. I mean, the general model of gpt is uselss for my bot and I need to integrate it to my assistante to deliver personalized answers. I guess that it should be possible by inserting the assistant id along with my secretkey. Thanks for any insight in advance!!

I’m currently using the free version and am concerned about all the unwanted Spam messages that I am receiving DAILY -- do those count towards my 1,000 contacts limit?Do messages RECEIVED count toward the 1,000 contacts limit?   Or just messages I send/respond to? Thank you in advance.

I created an Instagram ad with a post that I had already published and for which I had activated an automation so that it would respond to comments and send messages directly to the DM. However, once the advertising started working, the automation does not respond to comments.Has anyone gone through the same thing? Could you give me advice or recommendations? Si ya estoy en un flujo y la persona pone una palabra clave no quiero que empiece el flujo de nuevo. If I'm already in a flow and the person puts in a keyword I don't want them to start the flow again.

Manychat is having problems, 90% of messages sent from Instagram do not reach manychat, and so the automation is not triggered or is cut off in the middle.When will they resolve it? Are manychat developers on vacation? Crap

How do I connect a personal Facebook profile to manychat instead of the Facebook page? I want to use all manychat features on the Facebook profile which happens to be in professional mode.  Any suggestions or steps?

Hi,I configured my bot two weeks ago, and it was working perfectly until yesterday. The bot is no longer triggering for Instagram messages, whether they are comments or direct messages. It simply doesn't respond.I've checked all settings, and everything is on. The trigger words are correctly set, and I haven't changed anything. I'm at a loss for what might be causing this issue.I visited the Manychat Status page and saw that there were issues reported back in April 2024. What can I do to resolve this?Additionally, there are many messages that appear on my phone's inbox but do not show up in ManyChat. I verified that these messages are not in the requested messages folder.Thank you.

Hi community! I need help with automations in ads. In our company we have different tipe of treatments, so we produce different ads. The Manychat automation sends the same information to the different ads because we create the rule with key words like “price”. Does anyone know if a certain ad can be discriminated from that automatic response? Thanks a lot.
