Como fazer quanto a essa permissão sendo que o perfil no Facebook está configurado para o acesso total da página?

Hi.  I am Nirjari and just joined Many chat. I am loving the features given on this app.  However, I am unable to find option to reply publicly on the comments I receive on my Instagram reels or posts.  I am able to send DM however I wish to engage with followers in public.  How to do it? I couldnt find that option.  Also, mine is basic plan and not paid on manychat.  Please help.  Regards, Nirjari 

After connecting my ChatGPT API key (the basic version, not Pro) with Manychat to automate Telegram and configuring the automation correctly, I decided to put it to the test. The messages work fine, but I noticed that when the flow reaches ChatGPT, it doesn't respond to user questions.Does anyone know why? Do I need to have the ChatGPT Plus version for it to work properly?

Estou com um problema, fiz o disparo de mensagens, ativei os principais gatilhos para isso, contratei a versão pró. Porém as mensagens não foram mais disparadas, (não sei se foi pq atingiu o limite que contratei) e ai apareceu como indisponível, porém para mim está como automações ativas.  Alguém com experiência pra me dizer se quando isso acontece, significa que tenha que pagar novamente para serem ativadas, ou apagar os contatos?

Hi I am Debbie and am starting  new digital marketing business.  I have a new Instagram for a new business. I have a personal and established business FB for my older already existing company. I do NOT have a FB page for my new business as I plan to run it off IG. So I signed up for Manychat and cannot get my new Instagram set up. Only my old FB and instagram . There is no way to add my new one?  What do I have to do set up another New FB page for account to sign up?  I will appreciate any help I can get!Thank you,Debbie

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. But it didn't work for one contact specifically.It is for this Instagram Post (just so you can have more context): https://www.instagram.com/p/C6yDrIrsHA7/Notice that all the users received a comment + DM, but for one of the comments. The trigger didn't work for that specific contact. And I made sure that the automation was ON, etc.I would like to understand: what could have caused this, if this is a common issue, and what can I do to deal with issues like this?Plus, and most importantly, how can I "force" to start automation for that specific contact? In other words, I would like to add that contact to the automation, somehow. Is it possible?I would appreciate any comments on this.Thank y

Will it really get deprecated soon?  Will it affect both Messenger and WhatsApp? Then how to follow up outside of 24hr if we want to have ongoing conversation throughout the entire CJM? Why Meta does this? On Telegram it is so nice to be able to send a message at any time. How can I achieve long-term conversations with customers that will buy like in a few months? Alguém mais já passou por isso e pode me ajudar com o que eu devo fazer? Ele está respondendo normalmente o whatsapp, mas qualquer mensagem que tentamos responder no chat ao vivo não da certo, ele simplesmente não responde. O robô no instagram está ativo, facebook também.

I have a question about automation with ManyChat. A few months ago, I had an automation that worked, but only organically; if I ran a paid ad with it, the automation wouldn't work. I understand that this is no longer an issue, correct? I want to know how to create an automation that works both organically and with paid ads. Do I need to set up two separate automations? One for organic and another for paid? Can I use the same keyword as a trigger for both? Could you please send me a step-by-step guide? 

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right? 

Olá. Vi que o Manychat tentou me cobrar hoje pela assinatura PRO (que possuo há muito tempo), no valor de 15 dólares. Ok!E também um item adicional (Manychat AI / AI Automations and Conversations), no valor de 29 dólares. Eu sequer conheço esse “Manychat AI”, não sei onde encontrar, jamais usei, porquê estão me cobrando esse adicional? Alguém sabe?

eu não consigo mais ativar a automatização depois que cancelei minha assinatura, agora me pedem para ativar a assinatura para poder ativar a publicação, mas eu tenho somente 229 contatos.

Has anyone transitioned a client from Sirena/Zenvia CRM to ManyChat for WhatsApp customer service? If so, how was your experience? Would you consider ManyChat competitive in this area?
