Has anyone implemented text-to-speech (TTS) tools to send voice messages to customers answering their queries on WhatsApp using ManyChat? If so, which platform do you use for TTS, and is it connected to ManyChat via External Request? Is that even possible?

Meu cenário:Manychat → bot de resposta inicial → abre chat → conversa com humano → humano seleciona TAG de funil de vendas.Criei uma automação para com o gatilho do nome da tag, adicionar um campo personalizado de etapa de funil ex: Fechamento e posteriormente enviar via API para o WEBHOOK personalizado do MAKE (não é para o widget do manychat do make). Porém ao selecionar a tag, a api não é acionada, apenas o gatilho.Já tentei inúmeras vezes, mas não dispara a api se eu selecionar manual, as vezes se estiver no fluxo do bot funciona, mas não é sempre...

Specifically, I'm struggling with how to handle the situation when a user inputs an unexpected response, without causing an infinite loop.Here's the scenario: I've implemented buttons or a list of options for users to choose from. But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?

Pessoal, boa noite. Estou recebendo mensagens do ManyChat informando que eu não tenho fundos para enviar meus templates aprovados. Só que pelo que entendo, eu tenho direito a abrir 1.000 conversas por mês pela meta.   Olhando a central da meta, consta que só enviei 12 mensagens.  Alguém consegue me ajudar com isso?

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi there! Every time my bot is activated, the connection with ManyChat goes down. This happens consistently, and I have to update Instagram permissions each time. But this week it's even worse! I can't keep doing this constantly. Does anyone know how to fix this?Olá Pessoal. Toda hora que meu bot é ativado a conexão com o manychat cai. Isso está acontecendo frequentemente e eu tenho que atualizar as permissões toda hora. Essa semana está cada vez pior. A conta do Telessauders do Facebook foi bloqueada, e como sendo uma conta institucional não temos como comprovar através da identidade, algo que o Facebook pede. O bloqueio vaio através do Manychat, talvez porque ainda não tivesse atualizado as permissões que o Facebook pede.Já tentei buscar diversas formas de tentar resolver com o Facebook mas não consegui, pois no site de ajuda pede para logar sendo que a conta está bloqueada.  Não achei nenhum número ou e-mail para tentar resolver com o Facebook, fiz uma reclamação no reclame aqui e eles não respondem também. E preciso ativar novamente a conta do Facebook para que o Manychat volte a funcionar! Alguém já esteve nessa situação sabe como me ajudar a resolver, preciso resolver com o Facebook ou com o Manychat? 

I’ve been using manychat pro but I got a new credit card. Because of this, my Manychat was removed from pro and is now basic. I can’t for the life of me find how to upgrade. Idk if it is a glitch, but there is no option anywhere to do it. Can anyone help with this?

So I only have 1 automation on my dashboard, but whenever someone DM’s my IG, doesn’t matter what, it sends out an Auto DM telling people to send their e-mail. Now, I remember writing this flow but I have deleted it I’ve tried multiple times to click ‘refresh instagram permissions’ in case it was stuck, but it still says the same. I’ve tried everything and have searched everywhere, with no help to be found. Any ideas what I should be doing? Note: The 1 automation has nothing to do with the DM, it’s a comment flow

Hi everyone,Hoping to get some help here as there have been support delays at Manychat. We have a new pro MC account and we are working with several influencers on Instagram. I have already been added as an admin on their Facebook accounts, and  their FB accounts are connected to Instagram, per MC recommendations. I have gone back and forth with MC, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, confirming 2FA, etc., still the Instagram accounts of the influencers are not showing up when I go to add a new account in MC. Has anyone dealt with this? It’s really slowing us down now and MC support is taking 5-7 days between replies. Thank you
