Hi team,I have ManyChat connected to WhatsApp Cloud API and I’m running Click-to-WhatsApp ads from Facebook/Meta.Here’s the issue:Meta Ads Manager reports 134 conversations started. WhatsApp Manager shows 163 messages received. However, ManyChat only shows around 70 contacts/conversations.Important notes:The WhatsApp number is correctly connected to ManyChat. Ads are properly linked to the correct flows. Meta only counts conversations when users actually send a message, so this is not a click issue. WhatsApp confirms the messages were received. I am currently on the Pro plan, but I have been unable to create or publish an automation for the last two days. Every time I try, I receive the message: “Couldn't create automation. Try again later.”This issue is seriously delaying my work, and since I am paying for the Pro plan, these days are being counted while I am not able to use the service properly. I have a client trying to connect IG via Meta but every time she follows the steps listed here, it gives her an error that says “Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI”. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Hi!I just set up the automatic DM messages that are sent to new followers, but no messages are being sent. I already refreshed the permission from Instagram, but this doesn't help either. Hi all - I just started ManyChat and I believe I did all the features right. I have a feature where I want to send (1) a reply to a person who comments the word “Self-love” on any of my posts, and then immediately send a simply follow up DM. I believe I have everything right. When I comment as another user I get nothing. No reply, no DM. Is this an issue on the Instagram side? I feel like I troubleshooted everything. I’ve already integrated the right social media channel(s). Really would like to get this going. Thanks!    

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well. 

I have a lot of simple automations set up where people get a message with recipe details when they comment on a post. Things will be running smooth for days but then suddenly the automation stops working. I now have 50+ comments that I have to manually send to. Does this happen because there are too many comments? I tried refreshing the connection, editing the automation, duplicating it, changing the trigger to all posts - nothing works. This is not the first time this has happened. Once the automation stops working it seems like nothing can fix it for that post.

Hi Manychat.com community, I just want to say Hi, and I know it is not appropriate, but I need to start somewhere; there are probably similar statements or questions said and asked before. There should be tutorials on how to start my journey on setting up my Manychat.com account so that it can incorporate my Facebook / Instagram accounts, but I am not familiar with the protocols on this platform. If I may ask, is there any guidance on how to assist me accordingly, please?     

After removing Manychat permissions from Facebook / IG and re-connecting I am still getting the error “post not found / lost connection”. Old automations are still working - I cannot edit them though. New automations are NOT working at all. What else can I do to fix this? Delete Manychat entirely? I’m scared I will lose all the automations I have built.

E eu já revirei a net, youtube, instagram, já mandei e-mail para suporte, porém ainda não tive nenhuma resposta.Eu tenho um perfil de achadinhos e queria fazer aquela automação do - Comente “quero” - e vem a mensagem com VÁRIOS links. Eu coloco lá a lista dos itens, mas nenhum deles ficam clicáveis na conversa, aparecem como texto normal. Como eu faço para colocar um lista com vários links na mensagem?Já atualizei tudo, já vi vários vídeos.. mas nada de me ajudar. Teria como alguém me dizer como arrumar isso?

Hi guys, I'm running a Comment trigger automation on Instagram where someone comments a keyword on my post and ManyChat sends them an automatic reply.The issue is that my first message is going directly to the recipient's spam folder or message requests, so most people never see it.In the beginning it was fine so the conversion rate was high. And after a few days, I noticed that no one was converting (like 20 people straight) so I decided to create a new account and test it and it was going to the Spam folder..Has anyone experience this? what’s the solution?

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?
