Hi, I have two Instagram business accounts that are linked to the same Facebook account. Can I link them both professional accounts to to Manychat or do I have to create a complete new Facebook page for one of my Instagam accounts? 

Can I connect 2 of my Instagram accounts to my pro account. If yes, how do I do that? I tried connecting and went through all the steps and it did not connect my second Instagram account 

Hey there,in our business, we use Instagram chat automations to get our leads through a funnel series of questions. Our customers know the messages are bot-created. The message automations include automated follow-ups, when no reply is sent by the customer. However, we offer human support, when a keyword is sent. The issue we’re facing is that there seems to be no feature in Manychat to pause automations. Whenever the keyword is sent, all automations should be paused until an agent has analyzed the situation, answered the questions and put the lead back into the right position in the automation (the funnel is split into different steps that can be triggered manually). This feature exists for when an agent sends a message manually. But I want to trigger such a pause via a keyword. My workaround at the moment is to Instagram-Opt-Out, when the keyword is sent, wait 24 hours (longer than any delay in all automations) and then Instagram-Opt-In again. I am creating a post regarding my Manychat automations not working for a while. When I try to “Refresh Permissions”, I get a bar on the top of my screen that says “You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. I am not sure what to do and I am posting everyday with the use of a comment automation so I do not want my Manychat automations to go to waste without figuring out the problem. I also have gone through the chatbot suggestions and followed the steps with advanced refreshing options, but seems like that bar at the top of the screen keeps saying ““You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. Please help me out with this.

I am trying to get started with some simple Ads and the ManyChat Ad manager was recommended. It seems to have moved though (or been removed?). Or am i just missing the obvious?

Hello! ive got a problem. I have a YouTube video in the button and then the intagram funnel adds a tag on click and the chain of messages continues. The problem is that users can click on the button again after completing the funnel and restart it. How do I make sure that the chain does not repeat itself again when I click on the video button again?

hello, just discovering new ways to integrata ai into almost whatever. 1) The best part what I like in manychat is you can assign the question to a human. (specialist, teh support or whatever). It is really mandatory for business to have a feedback on it. 2) It could be the way better if you maximaze the context capacity to 500,000. Then there is no need to use any other platforms. Maybe it depends on billing i have no idea now. But feel it gonna be really helpful one. If it is outdated issue, sorry, but i cant find any info.

Tested the automation for the first time yesterday. Trigger word was working. I had sent out one link.Got some other comments that were not the trigger word.However, can’t seem to receive any more comments now - both trigger & regular comments.I’ve removed the permissions from manychat and it’s fine now. What went wrong?

Hello, I have this problem on my Instagram, when someone comments on the reels, only the beginning of the message appears and the rest of the text does not appear, I have already updated Instagram Permissions and it still does not return to normal.This problem arose from yesterday to today and before that the textwas always sent complete
