Hey! I have been enjoying using ManyChat so far and have seen DM automation's impact on FB and IG. I have been focusing on automation for post comments; what are some of the best words or emojis to ask people to comment to get them to engage and actually respond to the post with it?

I was following the process to connect my whatsapp number to manychat, was sent to facebook, but cannot complete it on facebook, please see attached. What should I do? 

I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Anyone know how?

I purchased the paid version and despite all the correct settings, it doesn't respond to keywords - it doesn't respond to any automation at all."

I already work with one e-mail plataform tah does e-mail marketing too. Howewer, Manychat has it all. I can bring leads with automation, I can automatically answer my clients and much more. It is a very interesting platform indeed but I did not find the way to automatically send my customers an e-mail after their shopping.Could any good soul, help me?

I’m tryng to set a dufferent DM response to each comment I get on a singular post. It isn’t wotking, what can i do?And how can I set this automation to a post I have scheduled but that isn’t on my feed yet?

I have a client that gets a lot of traction when he posts. If people want his freebies they say a word in the comments section, however, he's then thrown in Facebook jail for messaging too many people all at once. How can he get around that using ManyChat?

Hi guys, have been using Manychat for 6+ months and had not problems until a few days ago.Now Manychat isn’t seeing any Instagram Comments on my posts and hence is not sending any of my automated DMs.For example:1) People comment “Keyword” on my IG post/Reel2) Manychat Dms them automated message (this is where it is not doing this anymore and doesnt send anything?)Anyone else having this problem/found a solution?

Whenever I add buttons to a text in a flow, both the text above the button and the text in the button displays in bold text. I can’t find a way to make the text normal.  

For Restaurant Marketers, are you getting any traction with Instagram Keywords?I’ve set up keywords like: Order, Menu, Reserve, Gift Card, Directions, Hours & Specials to fire corresponding flows in DMs.Our Posts & Stories feature the Keywords as “Comment” or “Reply” CTAs.No one uses them!I know there’s a learning curve for Followers to understand they can do things like reserve tables in DMs -- so I’m interested if other restaurants are getting any traction with core/functional Keywords like these.On another note, keywords for giveaways & events do fine.Thanks for sharing your experience & any suggestions on how to make these functional keywords (order, menu, reserve, etc.) perform better are welcome!   -Stewart  

How to publish automation if the button doesn't appear?

Hello! I have a question regarding Instagram comments. Is it possible to make an instagram comment or at least the post where it came from show up in the conversations tab in Go High Level using Manychat? If so, how can I do that? Thanks!

Hello everyone!As the title states, I’m making a FAQ chatbot with ChatGPT, but for some reason the request wont be trigger/filled sometimes.The idea of this flow is to ask the prospect to make an appointment. A question is done (“Do you want to make an appointment”) then the response it’s send to chatGPT and it classifies the text as Positive/Negative/Null, then the response is used in a condition.The flow: The classification does work, it does give the correct context, but after trying out a few times (from 2 to 4 times) it gives a blank response with no apparent reason and the flow stops. Working process:(translate Q:want to make an appointment? / User:

Hi I have a problem, tagging a person directly in comments doesn't work, it just sends the message I prepared but it doesn't tag the profile, can anyone help me with this ?  I want to set it up to work like this:Could you help me, how ? 

When I try to create the  Instagram automation “user comments on your post or reel” it doesn’t show the latest posts. I have tried refreshing the permissions multiple times but this dosent seem to work. Does anyone have the solution to this problem?

Hi! We have been using Manychat for about a month now and it did not have any problems. Yesterday, there was suddenly an issue where we cannot set up any automations where someone would comment on a specific post with a trigger word and we could send an automated reply and DM. Attached are some screenshots about this issue! If anyone could help that would be amazing, we have already tried contacting support...  

I noticed that I could structure this flow with the user clicking on the buttons in the previous message. But we would like to structure a brief questionnaire to collect user data, and thus send the next message from a text message by the user and not from a button click.

So I'm having a problem. I create automations on my Instagram profile to automatically respond to messages in my feed post, I went to create a new automation today and the error "Instagram request error" appeared and when I looked at the ones that were already active, they are not updating the comment responses . The old active ones are not updating, nor am I able to create a new one. Can anyone help me?

I use manychat for 5 - 6 months. Everything was good, but now since 2 weeks something is wrong. My automations are not working properly. Only 1/10 (in general) are sent properly, rest is unanswered. I didnt change any settings in manychat, I use paid version. I have no clue what to do next. Please help.

EDITI fixed it by deleting my personal account - Hi Everyone,For some reason, the automation responses are going to my personal instagram page, instead of my business account. I built the automation under the business manychat account, so I have no idea how to fix this.My instagram personal page isn’t on creator or professional. My business page is set up correctly as a business.PLEASE HELP! Pics below of my account 

I need to know from what campaign the lead came from. I have leads comming from Meta and from Google. I need to know not only the source of the lead (Meta/Google) but also from which campaign they come from (example: lead came from Campaign 1 - Name XXX). This is crucial for opmization of the campaigns based on results. Does someone know this?  Let me know if it is not clear enough. 

Is it possible to make the reply take a minute of 30 seconds before it´s sent to the user?
