Hello, I don’t understand how to respond to a comment on instagram under a post or a reel without sending a direct message, as I have a restaurant and just need to respond to customers who have some question about my restaurant.Can you help me ?

I went to add my Instagram on manychat I accidentally deleted my Instagram. How do I recover this account and add it again? 

When I signed up I was offered a list of all the accounts I managed to give access to for various things FB, IG, Ads etc.  I switched them all off apart from my own account initially as I wasn’t sure how i would use it but now I would like to use it for the other accounts I manage, can I go back and change my preferences and allow access to some of the accounts I manage?  At the moment I can add them but they show up as separate accounts which all require a paid scheme. If I change the access would more accounts be under my name? If anyone has any intel on how to do this, that would be great. Many thanks 

hiI built a scenario in the Make software, at the end of the scenario the custom field in ManyChat changes, and this should trigger Flow in ManyChat to send a message to the specific contact (a template message or a regular message depending on the time frames). The scenario runs one after the other for 7 contacts (7 contacts are supposed to get the flow start).In manychat it seems that the number of runs of the flow increases, but in practice no message is sent. Sometimes one of the 7 messages is sent (to me, to the phone number of tests) but not to the other contacts.Anyone have an idea why? There are no errors in the log view.Is there any limit to starting Flow? Need to wait a few seconds? 

Hello community. It’s god to be here :) I just wondered if anybody else had ever experienced an issue with their organic post reach on Instagram after activating an auto-responder bot (for messages only)? We’re trying to figure out why our reach/impressions dropped significantly, and from the process of elimination we can see that the bot was activated at the time when reach/impressions started dropping. Has anybody else experienced this issue (and if so have you got any tips to overcome it?) Thank you!

Hey Guys,i built an automation for whatsapp, when a user say hello or something like that the flow begins.i want that after a session like this begin, the word “hi” will not trigger the flow again, until tomorrow for this user.only if 24 hours passed and the user say “hi” then the flow will start..how can i achieve that?

I am designing my first sequence and I want to collect emails of account users after they respond to a reel with a comment.The sequence looks complete but when I test it, the final action sends out the final message about 40 times.I don’t understand because it looks complete. I’m finding this platform pretty complicated to use.Any feedback or help please?

Necesito ayuda con los flujos de WSP.Armé varios arboles y diferentes automatizaciones, pero cada vez que el cliente escribe algo le dispara siempre la automatización de INICIO. Como se configura para que el cliente cuando escriba algo que no encuentra en los arboles, que le responda que no entiendo su pregunta… o algo así y lo mande a hablar con un humano??Porque es frustrante para el cliente no poder salir de ese loop si lo que necesita saber no está dentro de los árboles predeterminados. 

Me dejo de funcionar el manychat para instragram, lo tengo configurado para que conteste automaticamente los comentarios que me hacen en los reels y andaba de maravilla hasta que dejo de funcionar, elimine la cuenta, la volvi a crear, cree nuevas automatizaciones y cuando me envian un mensaje privado funciona pero cuando me comentan no funciona, alguna sugerencia?

I found probably an old article of ManyChat that you could add products manually.I can find this option now on the Admin page on Manychatwhat i want to achieve is that my agents that responses to customers on whatsapp would have the catalog of products that we have on Woocommerce site, and could with 1 click to Share/Recommend a product to a customer how can we achieve that?Thanks :) 

I've been experiencing restrictions on comment replies with ManyChat. Each day, on each page, I only send a maximum of 400-500 comment replies. However, for over a month now, I've been facing restrictions that last from a few hours to 1 day because I comment on people's comments.In the past, I was able to send up to 5,000 replies per page, or even more. I'm trying to determine if this issue stems from ManyChat, or if Facebook has become stricter regarding replying to other people's comments.I'm not restricted from sending DMs, only from commenting. The restriction period ranges from a few hours to 1 day.Is it an issue with FB or is it just end of and era to comment to other peoples comments? 

I have created a WhatsApp automation flow with Manychat AI that is activated by several triggers, but when I send a message to the number, the automation does not work.Does this have to do with Facebook verification, or is it another problem?

I posted a reels and i collected 600 email. Now i want to post another reels and i want to collect new emails. So if i asked someone before their a mail address and already collected, i dont want to ask one more time them. I only want to new users and collect new email. How can i do this?

Hi! I’ve been using manychat for a while and I do have great results! The problem that I face a lot is dealing with accounts from India, a place where I do not sell my service. I banned the country by changing the age limit through the Instagram settings, but then ManyChat stops working in general Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi, I’m new to ManyChat and have an automation that I think is working, but I’m getting this error type message asking if I want to have my message #1 be the reply to comments when I try to update. I don’t want that, but it’s still showing my automation as unpublished. I duplicated it from another automation, and it’s also still showing the old message until I click edit and then it shows update version. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!  

Hi everyone, I am setting up a competition for the first time and  I am struggling to connect one step.In summary, users need to comment ‘rug’ to go into the automation. They then are explained the rules and need to enter their email. Once they write their email, how do I make that response the trigger for the rest of the funnel?It’s that bit I cannot seem to figure out. Help! Hoping the rest of it is correct too? Manychat is connected to both Insta and FB, and the Converstation starters are live/published, but they don’t show on either when people go to my DMs. How do I fix this, what do I need to look for?

Why aren't my automations working??? I have the Pro version, they used to work before. I've already allowed through ManyChat, I've created a new page on Facebook, and nothing happens. I'm so frustrated, please help!!!
