Olá, Objetivo é somente atender via whatszap e sinalizar para 4 atendentes,  e quem chegar primeiro ou estiver desocupado atende. No many chat, tem como eu direcionar para algum whatsapp externo ? Cada um dos atendentes tem um número de telefone e um whatsapp.   

Olá, estou tentando conectar a conta do Instagram no Manychat, mas aparece a seguinte mensagem "Algo deu errado" e não deixa conectar. Alguém já passou por isso?A conta do Instagram está vinculada em uma página, já verifiquei os app conectados e o Manychat está lá normalmente. Também analisei as permissões.

I have a flow on ManyChat where ChatGPT talks to Telegram. It can respond but cannot maintain a coherent conversation. I need a solution for using the thread ID of ChatGPT for each user's contact. This way, the bot will remember the entire context of the conversation. Can someone help me?

I have the issue that the keywords are common; therefore, the trigger activates multiple times, making the conversation annoying. Could anyone possibly know how to condition the triggers to go active only once per conversation?

Hi all,I am creating Manychat Flows for clients and want to share my automations with them but prevent them from creating their own. I know of the “Protection” Features that can be enabled when sharing automations.If I toggle all of the protection features my flow would be the “safest” → they cannot see the flow, nor edit it, nor copy it etc.BUT I after copying my template to their account I need to adjust it in order to bring data to their google account.This is why I have to have the client be able to see and edit my flow - now to my question: If they can see my flow they could easily rebuild it in another automation just by looking at it.Is there a better option to share an automation that needs finetuning when it is copied into the clients account without having them be able to view the whole of the flow? Thank you so much!

How do i send an audio file to my customers on whatsapp? its a pre-recorded guide that the live agents need to send to some specific customers only.

I want to ask if we can change the password account? Or it can’t because it goes through faceook, so i need to change the facebook password instead?

I am sending a message whenever a user comments any comment. But i want that if this (first) message already sent to the user then a new message or follow up message should be sent. How do i setup this. i dont want to bore my users with same message to promote my products. 

I originally set up an account for a trial of Manychat on my iPhone under my wife's Facebook. Now I have connected manychat (on my computer) to my own Instagram and facebook account and would like to use the app on my iPhone as well, but it consistently wants to login into my wife's Facebook even though I no longer have her Facebook active on my phone? I’ve been in contact with ManyChat support for the past month and have literally tried everything… My instagram automation doesn’t work. I want user to comment on a reel and get an automatic message in their inbox. I have tried everything. I have deleted an old account, created a new ManyChat and Facebook page, and have gone through all the steps to try and solve it.  Can someone please help me with this? I have literally tried everything and ManyChat support doesn’t seem the urgency in fixing the problem. 

Im trying to create an events app through manychat. I am having challenges with editing added events and listing all events. Can someone show me how to do this ? 

I need help creating and installing the events to use with the ManyChat pixel.  I do not have the expertise, and have had an incredibly hard time finding someone to assist me with this.  i have found the instructions to be too vague and general for someone with zero coding knowledge.

We are trying to set up an automatic DM trigger for some common keywords that get commented on our content often. Does anyone know if there is a way to just send the automatic message the first time someone comments that word and not every time they comment the keyword? Thanks!

I am trying to get some automations going for facebook posts, so when people comment the trigger word they get a reply but I cant get it live cause whenever I try it pops this message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” Where can I mark the message as a comment repply or what does that mean, can someone help me! thank you!!!

Hi I just started on manychat- My business has a FB & IG account, do I really need to pay $15 for each account? Why can I just have the same automations for both??? It’s the same content?
