I logged in to Manychat on Facebook. But there was a problem with Facebook and the account was disabled.So I'm going to make a new Facebook account and connect to Instagram My Instagram account is linked to Manychat, which is linked to my previous Facebook account. So I can't add a channel. What should I do if I do this?No new Instagram account!

Hi, I found the way to reply comment as DM after some delay.But I’d like to leave a comment publicly after some delay , not DM Does ManyChat have any function for what I want?If so, How can I do that?Please describe in detail. Thanks for your help in advance. 

Comment reply → send dm is bugged suddely and it doesn’t work unless the person is previously following youIm contacting support and they can’t help with that and other competitors are working correctly so its just a manychat issue and their support is not helping. 

Hi 👋 I have a Whatsapp flow which asks the user a series of Yes/No questions. When using Messenger or Instagram flows, it’s easy to create natural ‘breaks’ or pauses with User Input prompts and the Multiple Choice option, but Whatsapp doesn’t have the Multiple Choice option. The issue is, that when I use a text block with buttons in Whatsapp, the flow continues to run, even if the user doesn’t provide any input so we don’t get a response to every question and the user experience is terrible. I’ve reverted to a fallback of User Input with text, asking the user to reply with Y or N, but this is also not acceptable UX. I though there may be a way to use conditions, only moving to the next step once the previous answer has a value, but I haven’t been able to make this work either. Is there any other way to ‘pause’ the automation until the user provides input using buttons in a Whatsapp flow?Thanks in advance,Wayne

Hello, I  wanted  to  talk  about  a situation that happened to me last week. A user sent me a message asking about the prices of my service, and they automatically received a message with the prices from Manychat.To be more specific, the message the person received contained the prices of Manychat.I was quite  surprised because I don't have any workflow  activated that would perform this operation. Has this happened to anyone else ?  Do you know how I can solve this ? Thank  you  for  your  help

Okay, so, suddely the comment reply + send DM tools stopped working. For some reason manychat got bugged, and now comments aren’t being replied unless the person previously follows me. Also, there’s another issue with DMs, where people can’t see the sent message.This is NOT something on my end, I tried a lot of Troubleshooting and nothing worked. On top of that I checked with another person that this is happening to her to. Wanted to know if someone else’s expeciencing thisThis is the first month Im using the paid tool and I feel very bad about paying something that doesn’t work on the simplest configuration ever

Hello, I consider buliding whatsapp business using manychat. does manychat use only official whatsapp API's?

 I'm currently having trouble with my Chatbot...I've created it using Open AI, Manychat, and Make Automation. As I was testing out a flow I notice some things were off so I deleted the stuff I added and it was back to normal...Well at least I thought it was. Now I have random messages sending even after turning the trigger off and remove what was no longer needed from the flow. If there's any way someone could help me I would appreciate it 🙏🏽

hello… im trying to setup a quiz in my bot, where the question have a limited time to be answered, but i can fnd a way to set it up…  im using a text message with 3 buttons, so..  what i expect is.. if the person doesnt chose any of the buttons whitin the next 10secons, it wil go to the next step… is here anyone who can give me a hand on this?

  Hi there. I’m not able to sign up for Manychat Pro account. It’s connected with my stripe account and asking me to verify payments via stripe but I’m not receiving any links from stripe to verify payments. Also, I’m able to find any other place to update my payment details or credit cards details. It’s showing verify payment, the moment I click on verify payments, it’s asking me to enter registered email to receive a new payment link via stripe. But I’m not receiving anything.I have been waiting to hear from Manychat team for more than 10 days but I haven’t received any support reply. Can someone here help me fix this issue? Looking forward to hearing from awesome people here in Manychat community.Thanks!

my automation is working with Instagram comments but there are some issues i cant understand right now my Comment DM Automation somehow run once for each user and if they Comment the Keyword for second time they don't get any Reply from my automation should i change any settings? or this is the right behavior?

In the last few posts I’ve made on Instagram, I have had amazing response to the Comment a word automations...my last one had over 1500 comments!  But so many of the people are flooding my email box with messages telling me the link is taking them to video of John Travolta! Or the screen is blank, or something like that. The John Travolta video freaked me out! But when I click on the link that is sent to them it takes me to the correct place...what could be the problem? I am missing out on a ton of business because of the glitch--could I have done something wrong? It worked in the past and I haven’t changed how I am doing anything.  Thank you in advance for the help!

Agora estamos partindo para os disparos de SMS, mas consegui poucas informações e gostaria de saber se alguém pode me ajudar com algumas questões:Vi que é preciso usar a plataforma Twilio para integrar a função de SMS, mas é possível utilizar o mesmo número que é usado para a conta do Whatsapp? É possível usar uma outra plataforma para integrar com a função de SMS do Manychat? Qual é o valor da plataforma Twilio para essa função? Eai galera! Sabemos que os botões são extremamente úteis para vários fins dentro de uma automação. Porém estou enfrentando uns problemas com fluxos no Instagram com “botões e respostas rápidas”, pois nos Smartphones os botões funcionam normalmente, mas no desktop eles não aparecem para o lead.Gostaria de saber se tem alguma forma de conseguirmos identificar o dispositivo do lead e o direciona-lo para o fluxo sem botões ou com botões?Se não tem essa opção de identificação de dispositivos gostaria de sugestionar, para o Manychat, essa funcionalidade e deixar o app melhor ainda.
