Quando é feita a automatização e um "cliente" comenta em uma foto automatizada ele recebe no chat a mensagem automática, porém, posteriormente se ele comenta na mesma foto, não recebe mais a mensagem. Existe alguma configuração dentro do app, caso a mesma pessoa comente na foto mais de uma vez ?

Hello, I cloned my flow to another pro account, but it doesnt detect any contact, all of them are “unknown” even when they chat or even interact with the chatbot and sometimes it doesnt even appear unless you chat to the bot again.… Basically I can never get their info.Also when i try to get the users info (name, id, whatever) it appears blank, so i dont know what im doing wrong.BTW my flows were working fine on my other pro account… even the live chat detected everything...

Why is Many Chats sending the wrong automated response. When I set as live and go into the automation everything looks good. However, when someone comments, they do not get the Dm I set up. This has happened mutiple times. 

How can I login to Manychat w/o having to login to facebook?

Alguém sabe o que pode estar acontecendo? As vezes os botões estão demorando 2~3 minutos para aparecer. Quick reply.

Espero que estejam bem!Tivemos um problema com o cartão que  estava cadastrado no Many e ficamos 1 dia sem o Plano Pro.Hoje resolvemos o problema com o cartão, mas não recebemos nenhum lead do prazo que ficamos sem o Pro. Normalmente recebemos em média 50 leads por dia. Por acaso alguém saberia me dizer se é possível recuperar esses leads de alguma forma?Agradeço desde já!

Hello everyone, I am trying to create a share button so my customers can share a promo card to  others so they start from a specific part of my flow. I normally know how to do it using the  growth tool and creating a new widget ,   please how can I do this with the new many chat?Thank you

For some unknown reason, I can not see most of the comments on my Instagram when I see from my own ID. But I can see them through a different account, on the same video.  For these particular “accounts” (which are about 95% of all comments) - Manychat automation is also NOT triggered. How do I fix this?I don’t know who to blame! Instagram or Manychat? Initially I thought that these people might not be my followers, hence the error. That is also NOT the case.  Please help me, what should I do?

I have the free account and I have already exceeded 1000 subscribers, therefore the automations stopped working and it forces me to go to the Pro plan. What I did to avoid going to the Pro plan was delete all the contacts, however even though I have an empty contact list, I keep getting the message that I have exceeded 1000 contacts and that I should upgrade to the pro plan. This is so?Honestly, I am not interested in having contacts on manychat, the only thing I use about this tool is that it automatically responds to the posts I have, is there any way I can do what I want?Thank you

Ao finalizar todo o processo de conectar o Instagram, não sai dessa página e se clico para “ir para o Facebook” tenho que refazer todo o processo e acontece a mesma coisa.

Para apenas algumas pessoas da um bug e os botões que deveriam ir pra link externo e reativar a automação são esse bug. Alguém sabe como resolver.  

O manychat está péssimo! simplesmente ele cobra você sem você ter ultrapassado os limites do plano free...Minha automação não quer rodar!

Hi community, my automation always keeps disconnecting as Manychat is unable to receive any incoming messages from my telegram bot. I kept refreshing my telegram token and reconnecting, it works for awhile but after that it will disconnect and not receive messages from telegram bot again! Anyone knows how to fix this? 

Have any of you tried helping restaurant businesses with manychat? If so, then does this actually help grow the business? Im interested in helping some small restaurant businesses help grow their business using manychat and once I’ve built a good portfolio, I’ll be down with the big restaurants. I’ve read some case studies and found them quite inspiring. And nobody is talking or implementing this strategy in my country so I think I can be at a very good position with time if I can start helping restaurants increase their revenue using manychat using certain strategies and automations. This is really untapped in my country and I feel like I can surely help someone grow their business. What do you think guys? Would love to hear your thoughts on this and if you have any tips then do let me know. Thanks  

Yesterday I started with manychat pro. I started using it with an account of 1.5 million followers. In less than 2 hours I already had more than a thousand comments and contacts. The chat bot worked very well those two hours after that they blocked my account. El dia de ayer inicie con manychat pro . Lo empece a usar con una cuenta de 1.5millon de seguidores en menos de 2 horas ya tenia mas de mil comentarios y contactos. El chat bot funciono muy bien esas dos horas despues de eso bloquearon mi cuenta.  

não consigo concluir o processo, em cima da minha postagem aparece um sinal de alerta com essa informação,Se você compartilhar esta postagem ou Reel, a automação não funcionará.O que fazer?

Buenos dias si accedo a la prueba de 14 días del plan pro gratuito…Cuantos contactos pueden ingresar para mantener el plan de $15? Son 500? No quisiera pasar de plan al de $25.Entonces si comprendo bien tendria que estar atenta a ese numero de contactos.Y en caso de usar el gratuito y llegar a 1000 contactos. Luego pasa al plan pro de $15 y dice 500 contactos, son sumados a los 1000 o ahi habría que borrar para mantenerse por debajo d elos 500? Me confunde un poco eso. Gracias
