How do I enable a trigger that is disabled?  I only have 3 contacts because I am just trying to figure it out.

HI! i’ve been having this issue where anyone who messages me will get this reply, do you happen to know how to fix this?

I have been using Many Chat with the Json function for 2 year. I always copied and pasted my old files that have Json function. Now I am making a new account for another page, but the Json function does not exit anymore but replaced but another function below: This funtcion does not allow me to make an Ad that contains both Facebook and IG posting at the same time. Now I have to create 2 automations, one for FB and one for IG, and do the Ad seperately for both platforms.Can anyone help me to fix it? Thanks a lot

Hi, we want to use ManyChat for IG automations and our CX team uses Gorgias to respond to any live support that pass through the automation. We selected ManyChat as the “Default routing app” in FB Page → settings → New Pages Experience → Conversation routing (see screenshot)We initially thought this is enough, as we were seeing the tickets open in Gorgias, but it seems whenever we try to actually respond to the tickets in Gorgias, we get this error This issue appeared since we selected ManyChat as the default routing app, and we tried reconnecting both platforms, but still the same issue

I click activate and then publish, but it won’t publish. What am I doing wrong. This never happened before?

Hello, Trying to add a form submission action via the hubspot integration. Everything is hooked up on both hubspot and manychat. I’ve also tried refreshing permissions, and completely removing the integration and adding it back again. I’m manually entering the form ID, and the form will populate and let me match fields. When I save it and go back to the form submission action, the form is no longer there. I’ve tested myself and it does look like nothing is getting sent to HubSpot. Screenshots below: After manually entering the form id, it populates.After saving, and going back to that same action, everything is gone. Any ideas? Hi everybodyI have set up a couple of flows in our ManyChat account.Our flows request info from people in order to send a quotation. The last two actions are:Add a row to a google sheets file Send an email to our user agents.A couple of weeks ago, the flows worked fine.Since then, those two actions experience eventual delay. Let me explain:The flow reaches that step, the actions in most cases is executed immediately. In some cases, are executed after 25 or 26 hours later,For “some cases” I mean 3 or 4 times in a 3 weeks window.All replies are welcome.Jhony 

I'm having a nightmare connecting WhatsApp (not your fault) so I just want to check that my use case is even possible before continuing and to also get an estimate of the potential cost.I would like to set up a service whereby people can send some data (a list of 5-8 data points like weight, length, depth etc) to me via WhatsApp. Then using Zapier I would connect ManyChat with OpenAI to form a response, as a personalised automated response to the users message.Is that possible? Imagine that 1000 people sent a single WhatsApp message and received a single reply, daily, what would the cost be for me? I have a question regarding Facebook's policy. If a customer comments on our post and we reply in the comments, are we also allowed to send them a private message (DM, inbox) according to Facebook's policy? For instance, if 50 customers comment on our Facebook post, can we send all 50 of them private messages (DM, inbox) without violating any Facebook policies?

I get this message when I connect Facebook to Instagram:instagram account is associated with a commerce account and cannot be moved. please disable the commerce account first before trying again Please help me

The flow works perfectly in Manychat preview but in IG sometimes it doesn’t even start, sometimes stops after first or second reply randomly.

Just started using Manychat and launched my first ad campaign yesterday. Have a little over 40 Messenger conversations, with most making it to the end of the flow with no issues. But 10% of them have stopped at random places in the flow (not the same spot each time), which leaves the respondent with questions but without a coupon, which is what they clicked the ad for in the first place.Is there a way for me to force the next step for a specific conversation or something? I’d prefer to keep them in the flow instead of me sending the offer manually, as then I won’t have their email & SMS opt ins.

Hello! I just made an account and this is my first entry on this forum. I am thinking of using Manychat on my WhatsApp account. The only thing keeping me from doing this already is that I am not sure if the software will work properly on WhatsApp accounts made via Skype phone numbers, instead of an actual cell phone number. I need to be kinda sure about it because a Skype phone number is really expensive and they do not offer a free trial so I can run tests on it. Could please anyone help me with this? I know that's a very specific question, so I appreciate any help from anyone willing to help me. Thank you so much!

Does the Instagram Live Trigger only work during the live itself? If people are watching after the live - a replay - will the Live Trigger still work?Or would best practice be to build the same flow for the Post/Reel Trigger too?

How to add sticker as a reply for my messages on Instagram, I heard manychat has this option, but I can't find stickers anywhere 

Hello, I am new to Manychat and wanted to say hi and also let you know of some things I have been struggling with. When I watch some of the training videos you can see in the screen where the vido creator can create “New Flows” and I think even with a large template selection. I am not seein this anywhere in my MC. I have the trial that is about to convert to pro in 3 days but cannot seem to get past a few blocks. I noticed in flows in the training videos you can even organzie your flows into folders. This does look similart but not exactly like I see in automations and I do not know if they changed the name from flow to automation or I am missing some things. Either way I am struggling with some basic fundamental startups. 

Hi, Today I set up auto response for FB.  Anytime someone comments a keyword on my post it send them a response to their messages.  For some reason it is not including the link to the free guide they are requesting. When I go into the automation, the proper link is connected and when i hit “preview” it shows the button, but not in the message when sent. Is anyone able to help guide me on this? Thank you!

Hey guys, as it usually happens to me, I’m kind of deep now into Manychat functionalities but I don’t understand one very basic thing. Let’s say I want to mainly run mass Instagram promotions (send to all my subscribers at once).Can I do that to all my followers? Or do they have to be specifically Instagram chat subscribers? If yes, then how do I convert them to subscribers?
