You could help me with a fairly simple question but I can't find an answer. Why are there chats that reach the open section and others that reach the closed section doing exactly the same process? How does this work? Is there an automatic time that moves them to closed? 😅

I have set up an automation to send a DM on Instagram when someone comments with a specific word. In the flow, within the DM, I see these metrics. It says it has been sent to 186 people but only delivered to 77. Why is that? Are 109 people not receiving the DM? Or does it mean that it has been sent to the 186 people but 109 people have not yet accepted the message?I'm not sure if I explained myself well. Let's see if someone can clarify it for me to know if I am understanding it correctly. Thank you very much.

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to report a recent issue I've encountered with my automations on Manychat. They were functioning correctly until a few days ago when they either stopped triggering altogether or began experiencing significant delays of around 10 to 30 minutes before delivery. When the automation finally triggers, all messages are sent simultaneously, which is not the intended behavior.To troubleshoot, I've attempted several steps, including refreshing permissions, disabling and enabling the page, and even removing and then reinstalling the page on Manychat. Despite these efforts, the issue persists.Additionally, whenever the automation is supposed to trigger, I receive the following notification:"You have entered this conversation by following a link, and David Cloutier can see that you used it. If you wish to stop receiving messages from them, you can turn off messages."However, the expected automations do not initiate

My automation is collecting emails but not sending them to my selected Active Campaign list.  

Hi. Our VP of sales is wanting to send multiple SMS messages as if they are being sent from an individual, one after another, short and sweet. But Manychat has a 10 second minimum delay between SMS messages. What is the reason for this? Is it compliance? 

I have been trying to fix this issue, but without success.My website to work properly need to be opened in a new window and not in a tab.I am using a IPhone 13/15 to test, but it’s not working in both of them.This happens or happened with anyone?

Hello Manychat fam,I need help figuring out the contact set up in Manychat. Right now, every message I send on Instagram is saved as a new contact. I only want a new contact saved to Manychat if that contact engages in a Manychat automation (replying to a story, IG post, etc that triggers an automation). How can I set it up so that Manychat ONLY saves contacts for people who engage that way and not every contact I connect with? Thanks for your help!

Hey everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me reslove a flow that says its saved but won’t seem to go live. The live button is faded out and does not show up in Facebook list of flows.  It doesn’t seem to matter what I do to the flow it does not activate.  Any suggestions to solve this?

Hi,  I’m setting up a really simple flow fr Instagram where I can respond to a comment and they get a message. one reel has about 150 comments but manychat appears to be responding to 1 person’s comment every 5 minutes even though they’re all saying the same word. Is this normal?

Wondering why instagram sends a different response to the trigger word depending if the use is on a mobile versus desktop computer. Is there a way around this?

Hello! I am a musician running Instagram ads,  directing people to listen to the songs on Spotify/Apple Music. I recently discovered ManyChat, and want to automate messages to anyone who clicks the link / interacts with the existing ads I am running. I have been trying to figure out how to get the automated messages to send to anyone who interacts with the existing ads, but I am having a lot of trouble - it seems like ManyChat only allows me to create new ads, and cannot send messages triggered by these already existing ads? But that cannot be true lol, would really appreciate any help!

I’m looking to figure out the following flow potentially - has anyone does this? Scrape a hashtag for hairstylist, barber, hairdresser - etc and then automate a DM from Manychat  for them with a resource (this is a lead gen tatic).  Wasn’t sure if an action has to be completed on their part before ManyChat can fire out a response/DM.  

Hi there. I need to enable users to automatically receive a WhatsApp message when they enter their data on a landing page. I discovered that this was made possible by using Growth Tools. However, since they descontinued the tool, I don't know how to implement this feature now. Can someone help me?

I have an IG account that is up and running automations with ManyChat. But when I try to login via the app on my phone, it only shows me 1 IG account that I used to manage for a client that was never fully setup and I’m not even actively logged into FB with that account. It won’t show me an option to login with any other FB accounts. It just defaults to that one that I never connected.I’ve even deleted the app, restarted my phone, and it still only allows access to the wrong account.Any help would be awesome. 

I’m trying to send a flow to Manychat from a scenario on Make, but when try to use the Manychat module, it shows the following error: [400] Validation error: Subscriber does not exist.I thought that the field “subscriber ID” was my ID on manychat, but if not, I don’t know what it is.
