Hi everyone! I boosted my post that I am getting engagement on and up until I boosted the link was sent out to everyone who commented on my post. It looks like when the post is boosted it doesn’t send the link to people that are seeing my post from my ad I am running.  Please can you assist with this!  Does Manychat work with boosted ads?  Kind RegardsKay-Leigh 

I don’t want Manycht to read my Instagram messages and to reply  : “we usually reply within one day”, I only use the comments automation tool. I don’t need the chatbot. Is there anyway to disable it from replying to people in the messages?

Also make campaings on these accounts that leads to my WhatsApp Bussines number to response to any interestet prospect.My goal is to be able to manage my clients whatsapp messages that are coming from my facebook and Instagram posts, because there are only a few questions to be ansered after Name and Email details.Would you like to receive the property Broshure? A: Property_Broshure_link.com Would you like to schedule a visit to the property? A: Suggest day and hour, an agent is goint to confirm later. Would you like to schedule a Phone Call? A: Righ now or later?.So, Whats the best way to accomplish this goal? I was seen the support videos and still have some questions. 

I’ve been using manychat for months to auto respond to comments on my IG reels and it’s worked great. Now all of a sudden in the middle of the night last night the auto responses stopped working and I’ve been trying for hours and can’t figure out why or how to fix it. 

Hi,The following automations are no longer working for me:Auto-reply to comment on Instagram post Auto-send DM based on comment on Instagram post  Auto-respond to DM based on keyword triggerThese were all working last week and this morning, but not working atm… does anyone know why this might be the case? 

It looks like 2 months ago there was a big problem with many chat automations working fine then completely stop working. Was there a resolution to this? I have PRO account and my automations completely stopped working a week ago and I have troubleshooted tirelessly without success. 

Hi Guys!I’m creating a chatbot automation using Manychat - Make - ChatGPT and recently I realized that the ThreadID requested by my Manychat automation is coming in a different format then it came before. This is causing a huge problem for me because when I send this new formatted ThreadID alongside with a user question to ChatGPT, using Make.com the OpenAi itself doesn’t recognize it as a valid ThreadID.I’ll share with you some screenshots os my Manychat request and would like you to check if I’m doing something wrong.Thanks everyone in advance!

I have been using my Manychat account for 3 months now and for 2 days it has stopped working. not just the last Reel but all the previous ones. Opening tickets is practically useless. invoices are ok, accounts are linked to Facebook pages. In short, everything is ok, has anyone solved it and how? 

Hi I have a problem with sending messages on comments. I had this automation turned on and it worked up to a certain point and then it stopped working and stopped sending messages (note that I didn't do anything with the automation at all, I didn't change any settings). I tried to create this same kind of automation on another post and it also didn't send messages, does anyone have experience with this ?  

I have been using manychat for the past three months for my business. First, it was working properly until I found something was wrong yesterday. I found out that my Manychat flow wasn’t working properly for the past three weeks. For the past three weeks, my manychat flow sent about 50 messages even though i get over 300 comments on my reels daily. I am sure that my manychat account is not working properly. Even though I set up a proper flow, it is not sending to many of those who commented. It is like sending one of the 20 people who commented. do you know what could the reason be?

Although the phone number is included in the conversations every time, in some cases it does not save the phone number and does not send it to Google Sheets. But getting the phone number here is one of the most critical points for me. How can I overcome this problem?

When it collects phone information, I want to transfer the phone number somewhere, how do I do this? Do I have to use another application? Is there no way to forward it through Manychat?

Having problems with Klaviyo integration. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We’re asking for a keyword in comments on IG and FB, which leads to an email capture. It seems like there's a long delay getting the email into the Klaviyo list and starting the email sequence, when it works at all. Has anyone else has similar issues?

Hi, I am attaching 2 photos below, kindly let me know what is the difference between the two “contacts” here. And the billing cycle of the pro version is dependent on which of the contacts. Top screenshot is the “contacts” section and the bottom one is the billing section. 

Manychat has been acting a bit weird for me recently. My automations work for anyone who sends me a certain keyword as usual. For some reason though, I often get people in my “Requests” folder on Instagram who messaged the exact needed keyword as usual, but ManyChat does not send these people the needed automation.
