Hi Manychat.com community, I just want to say Hi, and I know it is not appropriate, but I need to start somewhere; there are probably similar statements or questions said and asked before. There should be tutorials on how to start my journey on setting up my Manychat.com account so that it can incorporate my Facebook / Instagram accounts, but I am not familiar with the protocols on this platform. If I may ask, is there any guidance on how to assist me accordingly, please?     

After removing Manychat permissions from Facebook / IG and re-connecting I am still getting the error “post not found / lost connection”. Old automations are still working - I cannot edit them though. New automations are NOT working at all. What else can I do to fix this? Delete Manychat entirely? I’m scared I will lose all the automations I have built.

Hi everyone,We’re trying to connect our Instagram account through Meta in order to send welcome messages to new followers.The issue is that when we go through the Meta connection flow, it asks us to log in through the Instagram account. Hey Guys, I am running facebook ads and on the facebook it showing that we have 100+ message today but only 3-4 messages total are in.

Hi guys, I'm running a Comment trigger automation on Instagram where someone comments a keyword on my post and ManyChat sends them an automatic reply.The issue is that my first message is going directly to the recipient's spam folder or message requests, so most people never see it.In the beginning it was fine so the conversion rate was high. And after a few days, I noticed that no one was converting (like 20 people straight) so I decided to create a new account and test it and it was going to the Spam folder..Has anyone experience this? what’s the solution?

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

I have two Instagram DM automations in ManyChat that call an n8n webhook. One account “somehow” worked at first. I cloned the n8n workflow for a second account — it didn’t work. After a lot of trial/error I got the second one to work, but now the first one stopped working. I keep refreshing tokens/URLs and sometimes it magically works… most of the time it doesn’t. I’m not fixing a clear bug; I’m just replacing the same actions and praying. It feels unstable.

I want to set up a simple automation with the trigger being “user comments on Instagram reel or post”. Then, I’d like the response to be 2 gallery cards with buttons underneath. I’ve been working on this for hours and can’t figure out how to get that trigger to work in the Flow Builder where the gallery cards are. I’ve searched and searched for the answer and can’t find it. I’m sure it’s something SO SIMPLE, but I can’t figure it out. Help?

I’m trying to set up a gallery reply in Instagram for the first time, but it gives me this error - Mark this message as a "Private Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post, reel comment, a follow action or share to story reply.It seems I can’t change it to private reply if I’m using cards, and I don’t want to add a message before the gallery. I’ve seen other people do it recently, so there must be a way. What am I missing? 

Hi, my Manychat doesn’t seem to be connecting with my IG account even though it says it’s already connected. Where is this ‘REQUEST SENT’ sent to?   

Hi everyone,  I am hoping someone may be able to help, I have had manychat connected to IG for a log time, randomly it stopped working, I can see in instagram it is listed as an expired app, not active. I have refreshed the permissions, disabled and enabled it and I cannot seem to figure out how to connect it again as an active app. Any thoughts? I have gone through most of the trouble shooting help center instructions

I'm integrating WooCommerce with ManyChat using a custom WordPress REST API endpoint. The endpoint returns order data as JSON. When I open the URL directly in the browser it responds with 200 OK and the correct JSON. Ran into an issue this afternoon with the Instagram comment-to-DM quick automation. My keyword was a short acronym (ABC, for example’s sake). With the quick automation, I noticed it wasn’t triggering at all. I switched it to a new blank canvas and entered the same keyword, and it works. Just wanted to flag that for the team.
