Hola a todos! En estos últimos días, Manychat no me deja activar las automatizaciones cuando en el mensaje se envía "dentro de las 24h", sino que aparece una nueva opción de "respuesta prohibida" y solo con ella me deja activarla.Alguien sabe que es esta nueva opción y porque no me deja ya activar la automatización dentro de la ventana de 24h?Gracias

Meta are moving to a new version of recurring noticications, starting in Jan 2026, called ‘Marketing Messages’. For all pages established prior to September, you can continue to use the recurrent noticiation functionaility as normal for the time being, but for new accounts you cannot. On my new facebook page/manychat subscription, i can still send the recurring noticiation opt in request, and people can opt in as they could before, i just cannot send recurring noticiation messages.  Does anyone know whether the new ‘marketing messages’ will use the same opt ins as the current recurring noticiations use? or will it be a seperate integration all together? I dont know whether i should continue to get opt ins from users so i can contact them in January if the integration is similar… or if its not worth doing this if the opt in process/api will be different/not transferrable. If anyone, or manychat, have some clarity on this it would be greatly appreciated

Hi everyone,I’m trying to copy a WhatsApp automation/flow from one ManyChat account to another, but I keep getting the error:“Something Went Wrong!Copying Failed.” (See screenshots)This happens right after I select the target account and map all the custom user fields. Screenshots here show the error and the mapping screen.I’ve already checked the following: Both accounts have WhatsApp connected Both accounts are PRO All required custom user fields exist on both accounts   Has anyone experienced this before?Any help or tips would be really appreciated!Thanks!

Hi, I need help in where to find the JSON code, or How I enable Manychat as Partner app in facebook ads manager? It’s not showing as a Partner app. 

I connected a new WhatsApp number to Manychat (it’s also connected and configured in Meta Business), but I can’t send or trigger any messages — they just stay indefinitely pending Meta’s approval. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue since I’m not receiving any error messages or feedback, and all configuration items appear as OK.I’ve added some screenshots of the number’s configuration below.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?

Hey everyone,I’m running into two serious issues with my Instagram automation using ManyChat, and it’s costing me leads. 1. Auto DMs not sending anymoreI set up an automation that triggers when someone comments a keyword (e.g. “Zoom”) — it sends them a lead magnet via DM.It worked fine at first, but after a while, people kept commenting but stopped receiving the DM.No error messages in ManyChat, just nothing happens anymore. 2. Keyword comments are invisible to my main accountThis one's weird — the comments with the trigger word don’t even appear on my main Instagram account.But I can still see them if I check from another account (e.g. a friend’s or my alt).As a result, ManyChat doesn’t reply to them either, as if the comments didn’t exist. What I’ve already checked: The correct IG post is selected No error or warning in ManyChat Account is professional (not personal) I’m not over any visible usage quota Permissions seem fine

I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

I’m having an issue with the Live Chat interface and the “Assigned to me” folder.I have two ManyChat accounts/workspaces connected to the same login, and in each account we have multiple agents with Live Chat seats assigned (not just one). However, in the Live Chat window for my agents, the “Assigned to me” folder does not show up consistently.What I see happening: Sometimes the “Assigned to me” folder appears as expected in Live Chat But when I switch between my two ManyChat accounts (workspaces) inside the same login, the “Assigned to me” folder disappears After that, it often takes a very long time before it appears again, and it seems to come back randomly The folder sometimes reappears after I change something in Live Chat seat settings for any of the managers/agents in the workspace, but then it disappears again after switching accounts So the problem is:Even though I have multiple agents with active Live Chat seats in each account, the “Assigned to me” folder in Live Chat

How do I subscribe profile to Opt In Email Marketing in Klaviyo?  I've tried using the Klaviyo Action, creating webhooks, and nothing is working. Profile in Klaviyo does import and is added to a list but it says "Email Never subscribed". Please help!

While troubleshooting the issue found here and here the Meta support staff told me manychat is no longer a partner. “As per our team, the ManyChat was a third-party night integration app which we used on our platform, but with the updated meta policies, the ManyChat is being removed from our ecosystem and it is no longer supported on our platform.”  What is going on here? Could we get an offcial reply from ManyChat, please??

I already have another bot that sends welcome DMs every day, and each message counts as a contact. In the same month, I can reach over 3,000 new accounts.How can I manage this? I don’t want to take a subscription and end up paying around $70 in three months just because of my welcome messages.Thank you for your help!

Hi I just want to ask, if it is possible to set up manychat automation for commenting on trial reels ? If I have a reel a want to reach new audience and also customers, I would set reel as a trial and then if someone comment on my reel manychat would automatically send them a message. Does this work ? Thank you for quick response. If it does not work is there any other option how to use manychat on trial reels ??

Can you do this in an action block? Set userField1 to {userField1}+{userField2} ? If not, is there another way of achieving the same result? Thanks!

I can't see the "User follows your account" trigger when setting up an automation. I've followed the steps the AI chatbot gave, but I still don't have the trigger.

Can we still use whatsapp with a UK number?  I notice the option for United Kingdom has been removed when registering a new number. If so, how do I do it?Thanks in advance, Mark

Quelqu’un est venu commenter avec le mot qu’il fallait et pourtant aucune réponse par commentaire ni de DM est parti. Dear ManyChat Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App → ManyChat → select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly — instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. When I try to do this feature it asks me to “Update Instagram permissions” when I sign in to my Instagram account I keep getting the same error message (see screenshot). Has anyone found a work around or a way to fix this? I have my Instagram connected to my FB account to and tried logging in through FB as well but still getting this message.   

Hello, I previously connected my ManyChat account using my Facebook login. Now I’m trying to log in with Facebook again and connect my Instagram account to use ManyChat on Instagram, but the connection keeps failing. I can reach the screen that prompts to connect to Instagram, and it briefly seems to log in, but then an error message appears saying “something went wrong,” and the connection never completes. My Instagram handle is @leeeshisi, and my Facebook login email is dkqydlthfid@nate.com. Could you please help me resolve this issue so that I can successfully connect my Instagram account? Thank you for your support,Lyang

For one of my clients we collect their baby’s date of birth as a custom field in Manychat so that we can send them age-relevant information.We now want to improve this automation by following up with access to an age-related baby sleep masterclass.So I want to check we have the Baby’s DOB via a condition and then calculate the current time from this date. ie if Baby’s DOB is June 1 2025 - we’d send them to one type of masterclass as they’d be 5+ months old. But if their DOB was September 1 2025, they’d only be 2 months old so more relevant for a different masterclass.I’m struggling with how to make that calculation - is it even possible? Thx
