I’m honestly thinking about shutting most of my ManyChat automations off for now. Over the past couple of weeks I’ve had automations randomly fire in the middle of real conversations with people. Someone will reply to a story or send a message and suddenly an old funnel message jumps in even though that funnel is already turned off.It’s starting to interfere with real conversations with potential clients, which obviously isn’t ideal.Has anyone else run into this? I’m considering simplifying everything down to one trigger for now while I figure out what’s causing it.

Hello, I have tried to use the utility message but every message that I put is rejected. From looking on META, it looks like you have to follow a certain format to get accepted but it is not clear, how to get these messages on Manychat. Any help appreciated on what to do. I am trying to reach contacts outside of the 48 hour period. Thanks 

Hey, so suddenly my Manychat account stopped automations, stopped updating convos, and wouldn’t allow me to send messages.I refreshed permissions, tried every workaround possible and went as far as deleting my instagram account from Manychat and reconnecting it (losing all my conversations and contacts), thinking that would solve the issue.But no, after reconnecting the account, chats do update now, but cant send messages. NOTE: I have NO restrictions on Instagram’s side, so the issue is on Manychat’s integration or Manychat blocking my ability to send messages…Any way of fixing this? I’m attaching a screenshot belowI have tried to reach support but we all know how that is innefficient and a “ticket” was created. If there is known workaround, or at least any other MC alternatives? thanks 

I have a problem. I deleted ManyChat to access the beta version for sending automatic DMs, however now I have the automations set to Live but none of them are triggering. I NEED HELP :(  

Hi guysI have just paid the $99 subscription to add a team member as an inbox agent. but they can only get full inbox permissions in EITHER instagram or messenger, not both?Does the $99 not give them access to all my connected account inboxes?

Hello beautyfull individuals, I recently purchased a pro version to auto dm new followers and also send a dm based on a keyword on a specific real. It worked well for few hours and now, i don't understand why but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for both automation... i have the feeling to waiste money because only 1/3 of dm has been sent automatically.I tried to refresh permission, update keyword to "all comment" but it doesn't change... Some of you did experience something similar? Any known fix or should i unsubscribed ? Thanks

I understand that WhatsApp is planning a change where the WhatsApp ID will be based on a username rather than a phone number.My question is: will the WA_ID in ManyChat change as well?Many of my flows rely on this field and on collecting this data, so I’m trying to understand how this might affect my setup. If the WA_ID is indeed going to change, which field in ManyChat should I use in order to collect or reference the user’s phone number instead?Thanks in advance to everyone who can help clarify this.

Hi,I am trying to subscribe to the Pro plan, which is advertised as starting at $15/month. However, on the checkout page, the total amount shows as $31.70.I currently have 0 contacts in my account, so I should fall into the lowest tier (0-500 contacts). I don't understand why the price has more than doubled.Could you please check my account and let me know why this is happening? I want to make sure I’m not being overcharged before I complete the payment.Thank you.

Help! I switched from Mobile Monkey to ManyChat, everything is set up, live, etc but the automation flows aren’t working (ie when I comment on a post it’s not sending DMs and it’s not welcoming new followers). I’ve disconnected and reconnected the accounts, confirmed message replies are good in IG (they were sending an hour ago via MobileMonkey) - I removed Mobile Monkey’s permission via FB.Anyone deal with this before?

Manychat somehow swapped my email to an old email from college that doesn’t even exist anymore. So, I have no way of accessing it on the desktop and getting into my account. I’m confused how this happened because all the emails go to another email, so this is odd. Could someone assist me with this?

Hi,I have created my first automation using flows and now I am just duplicating it. However, everytime I edit the new duplicate and make it live, a popup “Your first automation is live!” shows with celebrations. It was fun the first time, the 45th time it is already too much.Any idea? It seems it’s somehow keeping the tag of the first automation even for duplicates.Thank you in advance.

Hello ManyChat Community,I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Instagram automations and I haven't been able to resolve it for over a week.None of my automations are working — not even the most basic ones, such as sending a message to new followers.Here is everything I have already tried:• Refreshed Instagram permissions inside ManyChat• Reconnected my Instagram account• Checked triggers and automation settings• Tested the simplest automation possible (new follower → send message)• Reviewed troubleshooting steps from the ManyChat communitySince nothing worked, I even deleted another ManyChat account I had and created a completely new one, then connected my Instagram again.However, the issue persists. Automations still do not trigger at all.This has been happening for about a week now and it is affecting my ability to communicate with new followers and leads.Could you please check if there is any issue

When I log in to activate the Instagram follow trigger, I log in with Instagram and get this error:You can't log in with this Instagram account.Try using a Facebook account that you know is linked to this Instagram account.

My Instagram account @magno_properties is connected via Instagram OAuth. The bot receives messages but cannot reply - error says channel not available for communication. I need to switch to Meta for Business connection. Please help.

Hi,I'm having an issue with my ManyChat automation on WhatsApp Business and I'd appreciate your help.I have a flow set up with the trigger "User sends a message - Any message", but the auto-reply is not working consistently:1. When a new customer messages for the first time, sometimes they receive the auto-reply and sometimes they don't — it seems random.2. When a customer has messaged before and we closed the conversation, the auto-reply usually works fine when they message again.So the problem is mainly with new contacts or the first message in a conversation.Could you help me figure out what's causing this and how to fix it?Thank you 🙏

Hi, I’ve been trying to get this to work for 5 hours, so here I am I have an automation where the first step after the entry of user sends a message is triggered to reply with a message with 3 buttons. If the user replies in text, without clicking any buttons, then i want it to capture their text in a temp field, trigger an automation that conditions off the contents of the field and services up different responses depending on the key words the temp field contains,  no matter what i can do, i cannot get it to fire consistently. I’d list out everything i’ve tried, but I’m not sure I even remember them all the use case is, my trigger entry is user sends a message, and i have buttons going to direct them down paths to try to build value. it’s likely many people will just type in “how much?” or 10 other common questions, so i want to make sure they can still get those answers even when typing in response to buttons,

So I have taken the manychat subscription  I've integrated The automation, comment and link sending and in between the follow requirement before the consumer receives the link.But in the preview it is showing that the follow automation is working. But in actual conversation it is not being sent and I'm not getting followers from the automation. What's the issue?

I’ve created simple sequence Follow First created from template. It worked for first 4 comments, then stopped.Commenters are added as ‘Unknown Contact’.I’ve tried duplicating the automation, turning it off and on, refreshing permissions couple of time - to no avail.Last month similar known issue is resolved, that’s why I create this post. There’s ‘Automations Webhooks Missing Issue’ on https://status.manychat.com/ - what’s the expected resolution here? I am running an automation of comment reply that isn’t working properly. Sometimes, it works, sometimes, it doesn’t. Same posts, same trigger words. I already refreshed the permissions but it didn’t change anything. The leads comment but it doesn’t iniciate the automation (only half the time). Trying to talk to someone on support for days but it is impossible!
