Hello! I setup the Instagram new follower automation so a message gets sent when I receive a new follower… it says it is live, but I’ve received around 10 new followers since setting it up about 7 hours ago, and it is still showing I have 0 runs of the automation. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? 

my automatic reply to trigger words commented and also automatic dm is only working with some comments and not all, even when trigger word is used.why is this happening?

My ig comment auto reply was working great on all my posts but suddenly stopped working. My DM automations are still working fine but comments have stopped and ive put in a ticket and refreshed all settings with their instructions and still nothing. Hello. Is it still not possible to delete, or at least edit, a manually sent message on WhatsApp?

My “say hi to new followers” automation was working great for about a week, a few thousand sends with a good CTR. But suddenly it dropped to zero sends and I have gotten about 2000 followers with no messages sent. I tried deleting and re-creating the automation but still won’t send messages. Credentials look good and I have made no recent changes to my account.

How do I know if automations are working? Do I still need to go into my IG/fb and see if a response was recieved. Thank you in advance! I am very new here.

My Instagram account is currently connected to a ManyChat workspacethat was created under an email address that has been deleted and isno longer accessible.I no longer have access to the original ManyChat account, but I am theowner of the Instagram account and new profile im trying to connect it too. I was also just charged Jan 7th for the pro and i cant even access the account bc the gmail is no longer available. Can i get help to please remove / release my Instagram account from the previousManyChat workspace so I can reconnect it to my current account.

I’m noticing today - Feb 13th, 2025, when I get manychat DMs from other people on Instagram, the links aren’t working.It says “there was a problem loading the website”Also noticing this with my own ManyChat DMs i’m sending people that comment.Is anyone experiencing the same thing, is this a server issue or reported outage with ManyChat?

  Hi everyone,I’m already approved in PartnerStack for the ManyChat Partner/Affiliate program and I’m currently receiving commissions.　I want to confirm what happens if I cancel my own ManyChat Pro subscription.  If I cancel Pro, will my PartnerStack referral link remain active and continue tracking new sign-ups/upgrades? If new users sign up through my referral link and upgrade to Pro (or if existing referrals keep paying), will I still receive commissions even if I’m not a Pro user myself? Is having an active ManyChat Pro subscription a requirement for payout eligibility (now or in the future)? Are there any cases where commissions stop, for example:

Hello there!I’m experiencing an issue with my Instagram keyword-based automations.For several weeks now, my automations triggered by comment keywords are not working anymore, or only very rarely.Users comment the correct keyword under my posts, but the automation often does not trigger at all and no DM is sent.This happens across multiple posts and flows, even though everything is correctly set up and used to work before.I don’t understand why this is happening and would like to know: Is this a known issue or limitation? I’m experiencing an issue with a comment-to-DM automation on Instagram.I posted a Reel that went viral. Once it started getting traction, I activated a ManyChat automation so that anyone who commented a specific keyword would receive a DM with a link to a free class (lead generation).The problem is that out of approximately 1,000 comments, ManyChat shows that the automation was triggered for only around 150 users. I am creating some WhatsApp automations, and since some people on my team reply to customers directly through the app, I can’t keep track of what was the last message sent by the company to the customer.Is there any way to retrieve the last message that we sent to the customer?Since Live Chat tools can do this, I imagine that the Meta API exposes this information in some way.

And if they aren’t following me, I want to request they hit a button to follow and then I will share the link to the waitlist.I’ve figured out how to create the condition where I share with the people already following me. Hey! Trying to connect our IG account to Manychat. Only works through Meta Business Suite in some way, not through the new Unified login. When I try logging in, at the end it says:“• You can't log in with this Instagram accountTry using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account”How to solve this, so we can start trying Manychat and use the Follow to DM feature?Tried 2 IG accounts, both the same.

I’m unable to reconnect my Instagram Business Account (@bencorde) to ManyChat because the Meta authorization page only shows the Instagram login, not the Facebook login required for the new API.Every time I click “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers,” it sends me to Meta’s “Authorization Request” screen → I log in with Instagram → and get this message:“You can’t log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected with this Instagram account.”I’ve tried everything — clearing cache, different browsers, devices, removing/re-adding ManyChat in Business Integrations, confirming admin access, and linking my Page + IG correctly.The issue persists because my account is still connected via the old Instagram OAuth API, which Meta deprecated in 2024.ManyChat chatbot confirmed the old API connection (ticke
