Hi, I’m having an issue with the Facebook Messenger Main Menu for my ManyChat account. My current ManyChat Default Menu has only 3 items: 1. Энгийн меню 2. Сэт меню 3. Хаяг байршил However, Facebook Messenger still displays an OLD 5-item persistent menu, including two old items that no longer exist in my ManyChat Main Menu: * Ажиллах цагийн хуваарь * Өрөөний цагийн үнэ I have already tried: * Main Menu is enabled. * Clicked Update Menu successfully. * Made a small edit, updated the menu, reverted the edit, and updated again. * Refreshed Facebook permissions. * I have Full Control of the Facebook Page. * I am the Owner of the ManyChat account. * ManyChat is the Default Routing App for Messenger. * There are no Dynamic Menus configured. * All 3 current menu items are correctly linked and have no unpublished changes/yellow dots. * Meta Business Suite Frequently Asked Questions is OFF. * I tested from a different Facebook account and the same old 5-item menu still appears. I’m trying to connect a Professional Instagram account to a new Manychat account using “Connect Via Instagram.” I approved access to comments and messages, but Manychat then displayed “Your account might not support this method yet” and returned to the Connect Instagram screen.In Instagram, “Allow access to messages” is on, and message requests are set to Everyone. The account has never successfully connected, so I cannot use Refresh Permissions.What else should I check to make this Instagram connection work?

Hi! I own the Instagram account Chaux Maria | Fitness | Entrenamiento y Nutrición ​@Chauxfit . It's connected to a Manychat account called "Maria chaux", created by a former admin who no longer responds. I sent an access request with no answer. The AI assistant confirmed I need a manual review with proof of ownership, but it can't create a ticket and I have no requests in my Help Center account. Could a moderator or the support team please help me disconnect my Instagram so I can connect it to my own account? I can provide proof of ownership. Thank you!

Hello,I’m trying to setup an automation so that when asking for the person’s email, it should check for validation before sending them the tutorial link. Well, even if the person puts whatever they want in the section where it asks for an email, it still send them the link. I’ve been trying to use the AI chat within Manychat for about 2 hours and can’t seem to figure it out yet. Any ideas? Thanks,Noah  

I’m trying to upgrade my free plan and it keeps saying something went wrong and try again. Then I get an email saying I don’t have an upgrade and I need to renew. That’s what I’m trying to do! How do I fix this when I can’t contact anyone in support until my upgrade is complete? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Facebook Page not showing in ManyChatHi, I’m trying to connect a Facebook Business Page to my ManyChat account.My Facebook profile has Full Access to the correct Page in Meta Business Portfolio.However, ManyChat only shows a different Facebook Page that was previously connected to the account.I have already:removed the old Page from ManyChat refreshed Facebook permissions used Edit Previous Settings logged out and tried Incognito confirmed Full Access in Meta Business SuiteDuring Meta authorization, I can select the correct Page and grant all required permissions. However, at the end ManyChat shows:“Can't connect this page due to an error! Looks like you're logged in with another Facebook profile.”After that, ManyChat still only shows the old Page.How can I completely remove the old Facebook Page/profile association from this ManyChat account and connect the correct Page?

Hi… just signed up for Manychat and getting a little frustrated. I have the automations set up and seem to work but the first problem that I’m running into is that the Trigger is not auto-responding to the Instagram comment.So, when a user comments “story”, I just see their reply.  However, my understanding was that the trigger should have auto-commented an answer to their reply. I have an IG Professional account and also see that Manychat is connected. So, not sure what is going on.

Does this feature work on the Free plan, or does it require Pro?2. Is there any known delay or limitation (account type, follower count, region/EU) for this BETA feature?3. Hi ManyChat Support, I paid $99 for the Business plan and was then charged another $165 when my active contacts crossed 7,500. My automations have now stopped. Please confirm whether the $165 was charged for an upgrade to Advanced or for contact overages. If it was an upgrade, please confirm that my 25,000 active-contact allowance is active and restore my automations. Please also show the prorated credit applied for my unused Business plan. If the charge was for overages, please explain why the automations stopped, whether an overage threshold was reached, and how the charge will be treated if I upgrade to Advanced within this billing cycle. Please share an itemised breakdown of both charges.

I have an automation set up so that when someone comments with a keyword, a link is sent to them, and there should also be a reply to the comment. The links are being sent, but there are no longer replies to the comments. I that been working properly un until now.Edited to add that there is only one post this is not working on. The others are functioning properly, and it initially started out working just fine on this post.

For some reason, I have two separate Manychat accounts; one connected to my Facebook Page and another connected to my Instagram account. The paid account is currently linked to my Instagram only.I don’t want to start deleting or changing things randomly because I’m worried about breaking the automations that are already running. I want to have both my Facebook Page and Instagram account connected under a single Manychat account.I’ve tried deleting the accounts, cloning them, and moving the accounts/connections, but nothing seems to work. When I try to add my Facebook Page to the Manychat account, it won’t let me, even though the Facebook Page and Instagram account are connected through Meta Business Suite.Has anyone successfully combined Facebook and Instagram under one Manychat account? If so, what’s the correct way to do this without disrupting the existing Instagram automations?Thank you in advance for any support!

It would be great if there was an auto-delete feature for contacts. I don't need any contacts in Manychat, I use it for the autoresponder and yet I get charged based on contact number, and I only need exactly zero contacts.  I have to log in every few days to delete all my contacts in order to stay under 3,000 contacts and that is a real hassle.  Is there any way to work around this?

I'm trying to enable Instagram Follow-to-DM for new followers. My Instagram is already a professional Creator account. When I try to upgrade/reconnect using the connection required for Follow-to-DM, Meta returns “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I've reproduced the issue in Chrome, Safari and the ManyChat mobile app. Can you confirm whether my Instagram account is currently eligible for Follow-to-DM and whether my account is using the required Unified Instagram connection? If I'm eligible, please help resolve the Meta authorization error.

After reading various forums on here and speaking to Meta agents, I disconnected ManyChat (MC) to rebuild trust in my account. I responded to comments manually for over 60 days (note physically impossible to respond to all) and reached a point where response rate was 45-50%. I reconnected MC this week, have limited the number of messages sent (using a niche trigger word) to prevent any “spam-like” behaviour. I set up 10 variations in comment responses, and 12 variations for the DM.
